My mouth has the after taste of yesterday's pizza and my tongue has a taste of leftover burning. I try to swallow but it hurts my throat more. I moan as I try to move around to see my surroundings. I sit up and look around. I spot across from me, my sister's bed already made, I squint my eyes to adjust to the light in the room. The sunlight entering the room outlines the familiarity of the room. I get up so fast that my head starts pounding. My stomach feels very heavy, I clutch my stomach and I sit on the floor. I hear footsteps approaching, without hesitation, the door abruptly opens violently.

I stand up as quickly as I can, but my foot stumbles on the floor.

"Get up, you turd," I am grabbed by my wrist and pulled up to stand up. My head is pounding hard, it is like I have a brick attached to my forehead. Mrs. White eyes me staring in disgust.

She approaches me and shyly takes a sniff, "have you been drinking?" I stared at her thinking of what to say but before I could say anything, I bent over puking my entire being in her shoes.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Monday morning wasn't the most eventful. Mrs. White hadn't forgotten about the incident; she also wasn't planning to forget what had happened to my eye. After I had bent over to puke my entire guts on her, I did not hear the end of it.

She lifts my face up to face hers," Where did you go yesterday?" She wiped her thumb on my under-eye violently.

" Where did you get the makeup?"

I swallow before I answer weakly," It was a friend's."

She scoffs sarcastically," I bet the clothes are also from a friend? What do you take me for? An idiot!? Have you been stealing from me!?"

Her accusation made my anger boil, before I knew it, I had spit on her. She wiped some of the spit off and raised her hand, slashing it hard across my face. She then grabbed my arm hard, I felt like it would just fall off with her stone white fingers, she once again dragged me to the empty room.

Peyton Robert. Age 32 and a height of 5'8. My first impression of his white was that she was very pretty. She had her dark brown hair in a smooth line bob. I had seen her around several times in the city I had lived in before. Occasionally, I would bump into her at my parent's company, she never really ever talked to me nor made any effort to make small talk. At times, when there were company parties, I would catch her taking glances at me or eye me with intense curiosity. To me, she seemed like the most classy and pretty office lady, from what I heard she was very good at her job. Later I heard that she got married. She had apparently married a man of great business.

The school security waves at me," Just in time, I was just about to close the gate."

I give him a weak smile and hurry to the school's doors. I am about to open the door when my books end up flying everywhere, as my rear falls to the floor.

"Ugh...Watch where you're going, you turd!" I yell as I cover my hurting nose. I feel something warm and slippery fall on my hand, I look at it and realize its blood. I quickly hid my face and tried to wipe my nose on my hand. The figure that opened the door on my nose, knees down and stretches out a hand.

"I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying attention. Here let me help..."

"Get away from me," I pushed him away, keeping my face hidden, and without a backward glance rushed into school.

"Hey, Abby," Blake calls out. He stands in front of me, "Hey, did you finish the assignment." I avoid raising my face.

"Hey, are you ok? Why are you looking down? Did I do something? Hey," Blake grabs my face with his two hands. "Abby was that Taylor? Did he do that? is that why you left yesterday?" He looks very concerned and worried.

"What do you mean left? I thought I left with you?" I am confused.

"I looked for you, but you had already left. Lura said you left." Blake is still staring at me. Frustrated, I shoot back, " I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't leave, I need to go."

"Abby, wait, "An arm goes around Blake and drags him away, I start running to class.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Wow, Abby you don't look so good. Are you sure you are ok?" Laura says eyeing me suspiciously.

"Yes, I'm fine. Just leave me alone." I walk away and start warming up before practice starts.

As I join the group running around the gym, the side of my stomach starts to hurt as if I was being stabbed. I continue to run when I trip and land on the floor. I can hear my brain pounding uncontrollably, with my breath filling the room. I start to hear some murmurs and whispers fill the room. I get up and walk toward the locker room and get my stuff. I pause to catch my breath, but then I start to feel my face go numb. I get through the girl's locker rooms when I start gasping for air. My legs start to give up, I search for the wall and lean against it for support... I try to catch my breath, but I can't.

I see a shadow figure approach my face, " What are you.....hey, hey you OK!?" My body goes numb.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I try to open my eyes but close them slightly to adjust to the lights. My head feels very heavy. I turn to skim the room.

"How are you feeling?" Sitting on the bed next to me, the nurse examines me.

"A little tired," I answered, holding my forehead with my hand.

"You're welcome to call home to get picked up or stay here a while and head home." the nurse offers and gets back to work. I give a weak nod. I hesitate but finally ask.

"Did you- er... Did you see who helped me? Like brought me here?"

The nurse looks up, "Oh why yes. It was a very charming boy, don't think he's a student here. He might have been visiting someone. Don't worry about dear, I'm sure he knows you are very grateful."
