After merely 10 minutes of tapping on answer bubbles, the kids were getting worn out. It was a hard test, after all. It was designed so only kids with the natural Scientia IQ boost could pass.

Everyone jumped as Dianna let out a scream so loud, you'd have thought she deleted her tumblr account by accident. "It's like she has to remind everyone of her sorry existence every 10 seconds!", James thought to himself.

Mr. king slowly turned his head to give her that terrifyingly stern stare, until he saw why she screamed. A dark, mysterious trail had strung into the room and made 2 coils around Dianna's ankles. The stare from Mr. king quickly turned to panic as he sprung out of his seat. He had this strange look of deep worry, almost like he knew what was going on. Mr. king broke a glass box on the wall labeled "break in the event of an emergency".

Inside the glass box was a flashlight, but not just any flashlight. It was huge, and powerful. Mr. king pointed it at the shadow, but it was too late. He was tripped by the shadow, but in a last ditch effort, threw the flashlight. Of all the kids it could have gone to, it went to James.

Everything was in slow motion. Everything was up to James. There was Dianna, gradually being strangled.

 So what did James do?

He put the light down,

Watched as Dianna was violently reeled into the hallway,

And smiled.
