Chapter 9: Pain and realization.

Leon's P.O.V.

"God dammit I can't even trust her to go to places on her own!" I yelled.

"Leon I already told you it wasn't her fault, it was Sephiroth's!"

"Then explain how she summoned the keyblade! And how you found her!"

Aerith sighed, squeezing water put of the rag she used to clean Misa's wounds. She walked over to Misa and clean some of the dirt off her skin.

"Both of you stop bickering, I'm sick and tired seeing you two fight. Misa isn't going to get better if you bicker all day long. We'll find out what happened when she wakes up. Just be lucky Sephiroth didn't hurt her anymore," Aerith said.

I crossed my arms and leaned back in my chair, my feet resting on the table. Cloud got up and went to Misa and stared at her at the bed. Aerith looked over at Cloud and smiled but then it faded when he didn't aknowledge it.

"Have you and Tifa talked at all?" Aerith asked. Cloud shook his head.

"No, she's not answering her phone..I wonder what's up with her...maybe I should-"

"Don't even, she's probably caught up in her work at the shop,"

"That may be so....but somethings not right."

I sat up in my chair and picked up my can of soda, I took a sip of it and sat it back down.

"Why? Is it too quiet without Yuffie?" I asked.

Cloud shook his head again." No it has nothing to deal with Yuffie, it's just how Misa actually stayed long enough in the fight until I got there. Also what Sephiroth hit her with...his dark negative energy. She said before she fainted that she felt she was burning from the insides. What did she mean?"

Aerith put the rag in the pan of water." I'm not sure I can't tell exactly what's wrong but From what I found, the blast left a mark on her chest. But I sent Yuffie to get a spell from Merlin to help heal her fully."

Cloud got up."Has anybody hear from Sora and the others?"

I shook my head."Nope, they should be with Cid or somethin'"

There was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it." i said.
