Josh's POV
Waking up from what little sleep he had,Josh looked at his phone. He saw all the boys were already awake and were even messaging in their group chat,Sidemen.
Maybe I could tell the rest of the lads ? I mean, I've already told Simon and he's okay with me. Because he's gay as well dumb ass! Josh sighed and got out of bed and walked into his bathroom. He quickly had a shower and styled his hair how he usually did every morning. Then he walked over to his wardrobe to choose the days attire. Eventually he chose to wear his black skinny joggers, a grey tee with a black jacket. Also adding on his SnapBack and his everyday trainers. He didn't want to make much of an effort today, he didn't feel like it. Being to pre-occupied in his own thought he didn't realise the chat was still going on until his phone began to vibrate uncontrollably. This brought him out of his daze. Picking up his phone he read the messages realising that the other 6 lads had been trying to get his attention. Before two thought Josh quickly messaged the chat.
J: Meet at the usual spot before school. Get there early if you can... need to tell you all something :/
With that he turned his phone on silent, put his headphones in, grabbed his bag and headed to school. He set off earlier than he needed to but the free time would help him think of what he could say to the others but his kind kept thinking of different ways his friends would know reject him. If they did he would only have Simon. Simon... no don't get distracted. Not yet. After a brief walk Josh arrived at school and headed to their usual meet up place at the side of the school. It was out of sight of any teachers making it ideal for them have their own time and have the occasional cig if it was needed. With this, he sat down on the low down wall across from the building and pulled a cig and a lighter out of his bag. As he sparked yo the rest of the lads walked round the corner and saw him smoking.
They all looked concerned. Josh was the one who rarely ever touched a cig so seeing him with one made the rest uneasy. He slightly smiled at them all in between drags reassuring himself and themselves that he was okay. He wasn't. He could potentially loose his friends from what he was about to tell them.
Everyone made themselves comfortable and sat waiting for Josh to speak. Josh sat there smoking waiting for the right time, which would never come. "Josh, what's up?" Tobi asked him. Without any hesitation josh blurted it out....
"....I'm gay"
