snow

I wake up around 8:00am in my empty room, I look around and realize that I have to furniture shopping, maybe I'll do that today? I thought to myself, then I looked out the window and saw that it was snowing, I got really excited I can't remember the last time I saw snow, I've lived in Florida my whole life. I ran to my suit case that was in the floor of my room, my footsteps echoed around the room. I put on some joggers , a hoodie and a jacket on top of it, I slid of some warm socks and boots. I put a beanie on my head to top it all off. I walked out the door, I took a few steps off the porch and looked up to look at the snow falling from the sky. It looks so magical, I feel like I'm dreaming. I began to walk around the street, getting to know the neighborhood, it is a small, cute neighborhood. I saw two boys, they looks like the ones from last night, running around the streets throwing snowballs at each other, I giggle and I can see my breath in the hair, I was surprised when I saw this happen, it amazed me. the sight of the two boys that looked about my age throwing snow balls at each other, just made me giggle,it just seems like something children would do.

I didn't realize but, I was staring, most at the one with dark hair, he got hit if the face with a snowball, he laughed and wiped his face, he looked up and saw me, we made eye contact, his mesmerizing blue eyes where the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen, and the pure white snow surrounding us made his eyes so noticeable, even about a 3 yards away, which is how far away I'm standing. He smiled as we made eye contact, I just couldn't stop looking at him, he was gorgeous.

"Dude what are you staring at?" His light haired friend asked him.

He just kept smiling, I felt my cheeks heat up I turned around and started walking away, back to my house, I heard the crunch of snow under my boots. Then I heard the snow crunching behind me. I turned around and it was the boy with beautiful eyes.

"Hey...." I managed to squeak out

"Hey" he responded "so I see you just moved in, I'm colby I'm your neighbor now" he said laughing

"And I'm sam" the light haired boys said walking up behind colby

"I-I'm hazel" I manage to say, as you can probably tell I'm not good at social interaction

"That's such a cool name" sam says
"Yeah, it is" colby agrees
"Well we will let you go do whatever you were doing before we interrupted" colby said laughing under his breath causing the hair in front of him to turn white.

"Okay, have a nice day" I said turning around.

"Oh wait." I hear colby say "let me give you my number just in case you need help with.... things neighbors help each other with" he says causing me to giggle.
I hand him my phone as he passes me his. We type our numbers in and hand each other their phone back.
"Okay, but for real this time" he says flashing that white smile of his.

"Bye" He said and I began walking to my car, I get in the drivers seat and drive to Ikea to get my furniture.

I was over whelmed with the amount of furniture in IKEA, I never had to do this before, my mom would always take care of me. I picked out a white desk and a white couch, as you can tell I like things simplistic, everything I own is either white, black, gray,or a neutral color. I had the workers deliver the furniture in about two hours. I only got a desk and couch because I don't have a lot of money, and the house already had a closet, breakfast bar with stools and a television in the living room.

I left IKEA with two hours until the furniture will be delivered at my house. I drove to target to get a few more things. At target I got a rug for the living room and a few throw pillows and blankets for my bed and new couch.

I drove home and waited for the IKEA guys to drop off my stuff.

A/n this chapter really SUCKED I know, this was kinda a fill in chapter. Anywayyy I'm trying to make this story better😂 let's see if I can make this story NOT ACTUAL TRASH😂 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING THOOO. Xx 💕
