Adrienette/Marichat- best friends

Part one

To Marinette, Adrien was her best friend- er well- guy best friend, Alya is still #1! The two hung out often now, whether it be at the bakery, the park or either of their houses, a good time was always promised. Adrien could tell Marinette pretty much anything, he was never afraid of her judging him. She felt the same, but there were limits on what she wouldn't say- of course, she wanted to keep Ladybug a secret; at least for now, and second, she still could not confess how she felt about him. Although she grew less awkward around him, that was just one thing that wouldn't get much easier to do.

Marinette walked into the bakery and greeted her parents, "Hey guys I'm back!"
"Hello Mari!" her parents yelled from the kitchen. As she began heading up the ladder to her room, she was stopped by her father. "Here, cinnamon bread for an after school snack!" He said as he handed her two slices of bread on a plate. "Thanks papa" she said as she continued up the later.
"-Oh, and tonight's movie and game night with Adrien!" She yelled before popping into her room. Movie and game night was a tradition Marinette and Adrien started where  every Friday, the two would bring video games and movies to either's house and binge them until falling asleep. Today movie night would be held at Adrien's house, but before that, Marinette needed a nap, she did just come back from school after all.

"Marinette wake up!" A soft voice whispered.
She slowly peeked her eyes open to see her Kwami floating above her chest. "Marinette, you have to meet Adrien in a hour!"
"Hm- I haven't even packed yet, thanks Tiki!" Marinette climbed down her bed and began packing, first pajamas plus an outfit for the next day, then all she needed were a few games and movies. Finally, she was ready. She let Tiki hide in her bag after stuffing a few cookies for her to eat, then headed out.
