Enemy

"We're leaving now." Val rushes as the sound of a gunshot is heard. "Who's shooting their gun in broad daylight?" Sharna asks while looking up at him. "There's no time to explain, and it's none of your concern, just get out of here and get into one of our cars." He says quickly while guiding them out. Lindsay and Peta continue to walk as Sharna doesn't budge.

"You may not like me, but I'm trying to protect you right now." He says, gripping her arm and trying to pull her out as gently as he could. "I'm not moving until you tell me what's going-" she gets interrupted when she hears another loud gun shot. "Another gang is after us, satisfied now?!" This time he forcefully pulls her out into the hallway as they begin to run down the stairs.

"Why are they after you guys?" She couldn't contain her curiosity, and although she should only be worried about getting out of there, she really just wanted to hear his answer. "Because we're a threat. Enough questions, just get into the car." He says while helping Sharna into the shiny black Range Rover.

She takes a seat beside her friends as Val quickly gets into the passenger seat as Keo begins to drive the car. Keo goes forward only to realize that one of the opposite members were running straight towards them in their own car.

"Reverse!" Val yells, and Keo immediately starts to drive backwards, just trying to get out of the torn up parking lot they were currently in. However they were blocked in, and the only way to get out was to take out the enemy.

Val cocks his gun, and aims for their tires in hope of stopping them. He pulls the trigger, and the bullet drains all of the air inside of the tire. But the other members don't stop there. They quickly get out of their car and start chasing behind the large Range Rover.

Val leans out of his window, cocking his gun once again, and aiming straight for their legs. He pulls the trigger, and the impact and pain from the bullet makes the man fall to the ground. "Let's get out of here." Val says, and Keo merely nods.

"You just shot a man!" Sharna yells as she looks out from the backseat. "It was either them or us, sorry for trying to protect you. Keo, step on it." Val says as Keo presses more pressure onto the gas pedal.

Sharna has nothing to say after that. The girls decide it's best if they stay quiet after the scene they just witnessed. Without realizing many minutes have passed, they were already at the private airport.

"Get out, don't say anything, be cooperative. We really don't have time for any of your little escape plans that are destined to fail." Val explains calmly, as Keo opens the door for them to get out.

The girls couldn't be tied up, or else it would obviously be suspicious to the pilot. "Hello, Mr. Chmerkovskiy! Where are we flying to today?" The cheery elder man asks Val, as Val replies with, "Los Angeles." Sharna overheard and silently screamed.

"They're taking us to Los Angeles." Sharna whispered to the girls once they were inside of the private jet. "Stop talking amongst yourselves, it makes me suspicious." Val says rudely as he takes a seat beside Sharna.

"There's this thing called freedom of speech." Sharna responds, before getting up and sitting on the opposite couch.

"If you keep that attitude up, you'll be lucky to get an ounce of freedom." He says as Sharna gulps, not fully aware of what this man could, or would do to her.

"Val, you might wanna come see this." Artem says, as Val groans, but complies and gets up anyway. "What now-" he says in a loud tone until his voice goes silent, and he looks at Artem. "Call Sasha, now."

"What do you mean Emma is gone? She's in LA with her sister." Sasha says confused as Val was about to break the news to him. "They took her." Val says while emphasizing "they". Sasha pauses, unsure of what to say. "This is a sick joke, Val." Sasha says with disgust. "I wish it was a joke." Val says as Sasha stays quiet.

"I'm visiting Australia for a few days, and this happens. Was Maks not watching her?! Did we not learn our lesson with Jenna?" He yelled, with pain very evident in his voice. Val decided to stay quiet, because he knew this very rough for Sasha to process. Sasha sighed deeply before speaking again.

"Get everyone searching for her, immediately." Sasha said with anger and sadness. "I'll get some men looking for her, but some of my men are busy." Val says calmly, hoping Sasha can understand.

"I mean c'mon. First Jenna, now Emma? Who's next, Brittany?" Sasha says as a few sniffles are heard through the line. "Don't talk like that, Sash. We're gonna find 'em, okay?" Val said, trying to reassure him, although Sasha was still in shock. "Yeah, man. I'm just worried. Like, really worried." Sasha says as his crying is still vaguely heard through the phone.

"I'll contact you when I get more information. Just hang in there, Sasha." Val says with a sympathetic tone as he ends the call.

"Alan, check on them." Val calls for Alan as he sits down and sighs. "They're fine, I checked on them ten minutes ago." Alan says as he rolls his eyes, and welcomes himself back into the room. "Well, check on them again." Val says, not breaking eye contact with Alan, as Alan groans and goes into the back room.

"You guys doing okay?" Alan asks, not much care is evident in his voice. The girls merely nod, as Alan rolls his eyes yet again, ready for this chaos of a day to be over.

"You guys can talk, you know?" He says as he exits the room, and returns to the other guys. "We've got to get out of here, as soon as they get to us to LA, we're gone." Peta says quietly, as the girls nod in agreement.
