"Next week, Jake and I are going to Amsterdam."
"Amsterdam? As in Amsterdam in the other country?"

"Well, have fun then Hermosa" she went to get up to leave

"That's all you're gonna say? I thought you'd be mad that I didn't tell you, I thought that you would try to stop me from going?"
"Well do you want me to be mad?"
"I guess not?"
"Exactly, I'm proud of you love, you saved your money for it and you're doing it, I wouldn't be mad, did you need to go shopping for new clothes or a suitcase or anything?"
"Um yeah sure why not" My mom got up and smiled at me before grabbing her bag and walking out to her car.

My mom started the car and drove off to the airport

"Bye kid, have fun" Nash said to me, I went to fist bump him but he pulled me into a hug instead
"We'll be back anywhere between a week to a couple months, I love you guys so much, see ya later" I waved before walking to our gate.
