As I breathe these final breaths of yours, I know I will soon be unshackled and freed.
Not a year of bondage and pain, this is a growing season of rain and prosperity.
My mind is a field of growth and peace
New works and verses I shall release
Abundant joy and rivers of control
And landscape new and now my own
I have new gifts and skills to hone
So goodbye 2016, you cruel mistress. This is your final goodbye, I'll sign with a kiss.
