You
Just another filler for a name I can't say
I'd be happy for the chance and happy for the day
But yours is just another name I can't sayYou fire dance on tongue's tip
a cage of solitude your images rip
An acid to my chest. A burning strip
But that one name, I can't slipAm I free or brainwashed?
I still don't know.I can't change, but neither can you,
so there's other things we must do.
For me, a game of drink and forget,But you play know games because you were blind
Not knowing a single thought in my goddamned mind.*Author's note
Literally the first few lines say it all. A poem of dishonest hatred to a forbidden love. If you can even call someone that doesn't know your true feelings a "love"
