Kaneki/Haise/Akaneki | Happy New Years!

Kuro!neki

Since Kaneki wanted to do something special for me, he had the two of us go out for a New Years firework show.

"5..."

Time to start a new year with the one I love.

"4..."

I gripped Kaneki's hand in mine and smiled a little as I felt him slip his fingers through mine and count down along with everyone else.

"3..."

Kaneki brought me closer.

"2...1..."

Fireworks went all over the place the whole city of Tokyo went crazy, shouting, "HAPPY NEW YEARS!"

Kaneki laughed and as couples around us kissed, I couldn't help but blush a little. Kaneki and I aren't used to public display, which is why we aren't the ones kissing. I just grinned and pulled my boyfriend in to crush him in a hug.

"Happy New Years, (Y/N)." Kaneki's voice was hushed as he spoke into my ear, holding me close as everyone around us went all over the place.

I smiled and kissed his cheek, placing my cheek on his shoulder to say, "Happy New Years, Kaneki."

Shiro!neki

Since neither Kaneki nor I were too festive to go out like the rest of Tokyo, we decided to stay at his house and just watch the TV and count down from home.

Time was ticking. Kaneki's and my voice counted down along the timer on the TV.

"5...4...3...2...1..."

Kaneki grabbed my hand and smiled a little, raising it in the air with his as we both loudly said, "Happy New Years!"

Kaneki chuckled and dropped our hands and placed his lips over mine. I kissed back, hearing the screams and cheers from the people outside from afar and the sound of fireworks coming all over.

I pulled back and grinned widely. "Our first kiss of 2017, Ken."

"I like Kaneki better, (Y/N). But yes," Kaneki smiled slightly and nuzzled his white hair on my cheek as he buried his face in my neck and brought me on his lap to tightly hug me, "our first kiss of the year."

Haise

"(Y/N) THE TIME IS COUNTING DOWN A MINUTE HURRY UP!"

I stared with wide eyes when I saw Haise giddily run from the living room to the kitchen, which is where I had gone for food to eat. "But I'm hungry."

"(Y/N) COME ON I WANNA COUNT DOWN WITH YOU!" Haise pouted and his face turned into begging. "Come on!"

I laughed and grabbed a bag of tortilla chips from the cabinet beside the refrigerator and let Haise partially carry me and drag me to the living room, where people were heard counting down.

They started counting down from 20, which is where Haise got crazy.

"19...18...17...16-"

"Haiseー" I ate a chipー"we have 10 seconds left, calm down."

Haise only got louder, getting more giddy when I counted down with him from 5.

"5...4...3...2...1..."

"HAPPY NEW YEARS!" Haise started cheering and picked me up from the ground, spinning me around in a hug as I watched the chips fall to the ground in agony. I was actually hungry, but whatever. I waited till he put me down to grab his head and smash my lips to his. Haise wouldn't stop giggling in between so I pulled back and tilted my head, asking, "How much did you drink?"

He laughed and kissed me again. "I drank nothing. But I would like to drink you as the first love making of 2017."

I blushed and turned around, pouting with my arms crossed in front of my chest. "Shut up. Are you on crack or something?"

Haise grinned and wrapped his arms around my waist, kissing a part of my neck that was deemed ticklish. "Nope. I'm just fairly happy. But, I'm not the one on crack, the chips are."

I stared at him from behind before looking at the broken chips, which were indeed cracked.

"Congratulations on your first pun of 2017, banana man."

Aka!neki

Of course, I was the only one excited about the year passing by. Kaneki was actually out of his office spending time with me till the time goes off, but he wasn't saying anything the entire time. The only time he said something was to ask if I was hungry.

The time was a minute down, and the entire time I had been holding Kaneki's hand and resting my head on his lap.

In a stoic voice, Kaneki counted along the time while I counted with a giddy voice, "5...4...3...2...1..."

We didn't scream it, but the people outside and the people in the television did. "HAPPY NEW YEARS!"

Kaneki sighed and I looked from the TV up to him, seeing him look down at me with his glasses in the bridge of his nose
I smiled and reached up to fix it but he grabbed my hand and pulled me up for a kiss.

Kaneki let out a small smile when he pulled back as he saw my red face. "Happy New Years, (Y/N)."

I grinned and wrapped my arms around him in a hug. "Happy New Years, Kaneki."

"Now, I love you." Kaneki pulled me back and smiled, his eyes staring into mine. "I'm the first to say 'I love you', which means I truly do."

I turned a little red, but that didn't stop the grin on my face. "I love you too, despite how mean you can be."

"Exactly why I love you because you stayed with my and dealt with my rude ass."

I laughed and pecked his lips, hugging him close. "Stay with me for as long as you can."

He hugged me back. "I'll plan on staying with you till death."

Late but that's how I am lol I'm gonna do some requests now :) I've been busy with life in general so ja :D 2016 is dead 2017 better be a good year
