Maggie's P.O.V.

Luke is truly amazing. I don't know why I was scared to give in to having a relationship with him. These pasto two weeks have been the best ones of my life.

I still have my concerns about falling in love, but they're slowly fading away. Everyday, Luke gives me a new reason to fall in love with him. I'm there but I'm not. I love him, but my heart isn't completely his yet. I know that it's bound to happen eventually. It's a matter of when, not if. That's what scares me more than anything.

Speaking of the devil, here he comes now. He kisses my cheek when he gets to where I'm sitting on the park bench.

"Hi, baby."

"Hi."

He sits beside me and I intertwine our fingers. He smiles at me. It's the smile that melts my heart every time.

"What's on today's agenda, Mags?"

"Just spending time with you. There's not really anything else that I want to do."

"Maggie, I love you."

That's the first time he's said it on two weeks. I'm a little caught off guard.

"I know you do, but I still have me reservations. I'm not ready to say it back yet."

"That's okay. You're worth waiting for. I just want you to know how I feel."

When he says things like that, how could I not fall in love with him. I don't know much longer I'll be able to hold on to my reservations. I feel them slip away every time he just looks at me.

"Let's go somewhere, Mags."

"Where?"

"Dancing. We haven't been in a while."

"Okay. Let's go."

"What about your car?"

"I walked."

"Alright. Come on."

He leads me to his truck. When I climb in, I slide straight to the middle seat. It's my favorite spot to sit in his truck. He seems to enjoy it too.

The place is packed when we get there. There's usually a lot of people here, but there's never been this many. I wonder why today is different. Guess we'll find out when we go in.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

He helps me out of his door. When we walk inside, there's not a single free table. The dance floor is almost completely packed. Business is booming today.

"Care to dance?"

"Sure."

As soon as we get on the dance floor, a slow song starts to play. I immediately wrap my arms around Luke's neck. His go around my waist. We dance to the song. Luke leans down and puts his mouth by my ear.

"People are staring."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Then let's give them something to stare at."

When he pulls away, he looks confused. Do I have to do everything?

I lean up and give him a kiss. He pulls me closer. I moan into his mouth.

When we pull away, Luke has this look in his eyes. They've gone darker. His face is flushed and is breathing is ragged. Probably the same as mine.

"Baby, that was amazing. If you'll excuse me, I have to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back."

"Okay."
