A pleased growl leaves his slightly parted lips as he emerges from the gateway of the mortal world. To a human it would appear as a sewer manhole, but to the underworld it represents so much more. The only doorway between the two worlds, with an anti mortal seal around it. No human can get in, but demons may come and go as they please. His wings, horns and claws disappear, having learned how to conceal the monstrous traits centuries ago. He quickly shuffles into a nearby alley, letting the shadows conceal him in darkness as a car speeds over the manhole he's just crawled out of. It's late at night V notes, and he has no shirt, as clothing is optional in the underworld. But he needs to blend in, and the best way to do that is to steal a humans clothes and money. So he awaits in the shadows, relishing in the adrenaline that pumps through his veins when someone his height and weight finally walks by. V grabs him from the shadows, instantly covering the man's mouth with a growl "scream and I'll kill you right now." The man shakes, and V chuckles at how weak humans truly are. How pathetic. He slams the man against the nearest wall, snatches his wallet, then takes a step back. If not for Vs icy stare the man would have run off, but instead, he stands trembling in fear for several seconds until V speaks lowly "take off your clothes and pass them to me." The man blinks in surprise, quivering "please don't hurt me, I have a family!" V snarls, effectively shutting the whimpering man up, and he smirks "what's your name?" The man gulps, mumbling "Kim Taehyung, why does that-"V shoves him, growling "take your clothes off now. I'd hate to get blood on them but if you don't hurry up I'll just have to deal with a blood stain." The man quickly undresses down to his underwear, shivering from the chilly night, but nonetheless grateful to V for not taking every article of clothing from him. V quickly dresses in the man's clothes, smirking one final time before lunging at the man and grasping his throat. Within mere seconds, the man has crumpled to the ground, dead from the damage to his windpipes inflicted by the demons inhuman strength. V scoffs at the weak human, quickly exiting the alley to shuffle down the street. A light drizzle of rain falls down on him and his surroundings, and he ties the belt around his stolen black trench coat, shivering from the cold slightly. V hasn't been up top in a long time, and the chilling air is something he's unaccustomed to, due to the constant heat in hell. He tucks his hands away in the coats pockets, trudging along through the damp streets in search of a mortal to toy around with, cooly ignoring the achingly familiar name he's stolen.V feels a tug within him, a yearning for a nearby soul, something that has only happened a few times. Whenever an exceptionally unique soul crosses his path, it stirs something within him. He always gets close to the human, builds their trust, then steal bits of them away. Sucking the joy out of their life and feeding off their negative energy until the time comes to claim their souls. Slowly manipulating the human and breaking them down from the inside out. It's his favorite thing to do. Take an a optimistic person, and just tear everything apart. A smirk graces his lips at the mere thought. It's been a long time since he's been able to toy around with a mortal, and the longing feeling within him is warmly welcomed. Soon his eyes drift closed, letting the tugging within him blindly guide his steps. An hour quickly passes by until he can practically smell the human nearby, his eyes shoot open, realizing that he's currently standing outside of something called 'Hope On The Street' and assumes it's a dance studio, his eyes narrow at the odd name, but his eyes drift downwards to stare through the foggy glass. He can just barely make out a figure moving swiftly around, and he steps closer to peek through the glass to see a human, alone in the hardwood floored room. The man has light orange colored hair, a slim and lean figure and an innocent face. V smirks slightly as e realizes that this- this sweaty, oblivious human, will be his new toy but his gaze lingers once he realizes that the man is by far the most handsome human he's ever prayed upon.
Inhaling a deep breath, he decides to play the sympathy card here. How can this dancer turn away a small, sniffling young man who's lost and alone? At least, that's the story he's going with. He sighs slowly, fake tears clouding his vision as he jerks the door open and steps inside, shivering. The man who'd previously been dancing pauses, head shooting up in Vs direction at the sound of the door being opened at nearly three am, eyes wide and mouth hanging open. V trembles, letting a quiet sob escape from the back of his throat as he begs "ca-can you help me..?" He almost lets a smirk twitch at the corners of his mouth at the instant reaction of the dancer, this is too easy, he thinks. In a span of just mere seconds, the human is at Vs side, hand naturally resting on the demons shoulder with a rush of worried and concerned questions "what's wrong? What happened? Are you okay..?" V sniffles pitifully, and 'nervously' wets his bottom lip with a trembling voice "I-I got lost.. I've been wandering around the city for days- no one will help me." Hoseok frowns, leading V over to a row of seats and after they're both seated he asks "what's your name?" V wipes his eyes, though the fake sad act never ceases as he answers "T-Taehyung.." The dancer smiles gently, resting a comforting hand on the demons hand "I'm Hoseok. You're more than welcome to stay with me until you figure everything out." V blinks in surprise, shocked by just how gullible and kind hearted this guy is but he manages to mumble "I can't ask that of you, besides, how can you trust me so easily? What if I'm a murderer or a vampire?" Hoseok chuckles at that, waving it off dismissively "you're not. I can tell, you seem like a sweet guy." For a split second, V almost feels a pang of remorse and guilt for what is about to unfold for the dancer, almost. He quickly shakes the feeling off like the dust from his shoes before smiling sweetly "you're a nice guy... Thank you. I'll pay you back however I can." Hoseok smiles, again waving it off before standing "no worries. I was practicing but since this is fates way of telling me to rest, I'll quit for the night. You can come with me back to my place, Taehyng." V smiles, standing to his feet "thank you..."
