You came home with the pizza, Mrs. Connelly was in the living room with suitcases.

"Hello, dear. How was your day?" She asked.

"It was fine. How was yours?"

"It was great, dear. Oh sweety, I am going to a trip to Vegas with a few of my friends. I'll be back in a week." She said.

"Oh, really? You are leaving now?" You asked.

"Yes, well my bus leaves in two hours. I'm sorry, we just thought of it last minute."

"No, it's no problem. Have fun."

By then you heard a horn honk, knowing it was the cab. You both said your goodbyes and she left the house. You decide to watch some tv, while eating pizza. After 30 minutes, Tom came home.

"Hey, (y/n)." He said as he went to you and give you a kiss on top of your head.

"Hey, Tom." You said.

"Where is Mrs. Connelly?" He asked.

"She left to Vegas, she'll be back in a week,"

"Ok, so how are you? How's the babies?" He said while getting a slice.

"Fine, they kicked today." You said rubbing your pregnant belly. He came quickly to sit down next to you while his hand on your belly.

"What?! Really? Is that why you came?" He asked with a smile.

"No, it was when I went back to work," you said.

"Aww," he said while taking his hand off "wish you would have stayed a little longer, we could have experienced together," he said.

"No, I was with Jared when it happend," you said.

Tom later got up and was walking towards the pizza, he later stopped and turn to you, "What's going on?" He asked.

"What? What do you mean?"

"With Jared, is he a friend? A co-worker? A lover?" You got up, very upset at the accusation he was giving you.

"Tom, are you seriously accusing me of cheating? While you with Taylor?"

"Wait, what?" He asked.

"Oh really? So how come you never mentioned her? She just a friend too? I heard thing while on my way to your job, hearing them say something about, her working on you. Having sex on someone's table. Did you know she dumped her boyfriend to get to you?" You said with tears.

"(Y/n), Taylor is just a friend, she knows about you, I always tell her how much I love you and about the babies. Have you told Jared about us?"

"Yes, I did. On the first day he did invite me out but I said no, cuz I'm married and I'm pregnant. And at least I introduced you guys, while me on the other hand had to find out the hard way. When I heard what they said about you and Taylor it broke my heart. I didn't know what to feel, just like I didn't know if it was true or just a rumor."

"Don't talk about that, these things you heard are office rumors. Every office has them."

"How was I supposed to know that if I didn't meet her?"

"Oh, we're back here,"

"No, Tom. Don't start. I gave up my family, my friend and my education for you," you said

"What about me, huh? I gave up my friends, my job, I even gave up my reputation and if we get caught also my freedom," he said.

You were in tears, you couldn't handled it anymore. You went running to the nearest room, which was Mrs. Connelly. You laid in bed with tears. While Tom was knocking on the door.

"(Y/n), open the door."

"Go away," and with that you heard foot steeps and a door slam. You were still laying on your side and rubbing your belly till you feel asleep. Hoping it was a better day tomorrow.
