Beyoncé's pov

Me and Z walk in the house from school to see Nicki feeding the kids.

B: hi babies

She looked up and smiled

N: hi babe

I kissed her.

N: hey baby girl

She said to Z bringing her into a hug.

Z: hey mama

Z went upstairs to change and do her homework so it was just me, Nicki and the babies.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and squeezed her ass. She giggled.

N: what?

B: nothing I just missed this big ole ass

I slapped her ass causing her to blush.

N: babe the babies are right here

B: they won't remember this

She giggled making me smile. I picked up my little prince and princess and gave them kisses making them laugh.

They've gotten so big over these 6 months. They're so chubby and it's so cute!

B: did you miss mama?

They smiled and touched my face.

B: I'll take that as a yes.

Nicki giggled.

B: how have they been?

N: great. They had a little fight over a toy but they're good.

I frowned at my babies.

B: who had it first?

I asked Nicki

N: X

B: Giselle I don told you about jealousy. It's an awful trait to have. Just because your brother got something don't mean you have to have it. Ok?

G: babo!!!

She said in her little baby language that no one but her brother understands.

B: there's no 'babo' about it young lady

Nicki was laughing at us interacting. She think I'm playing. I know Giselle and her games. She think because she a baby I can't see through her. Ha! Child😏☕️.

I put them back in their high chairs and went upstairs while Nicki fed them. I changed my clothes and Z was still doing her homework so I left her to do it.

I came back downstairs in my sweats and cooked dinner while Nicki fed the twins.

Once dinner was ready I set the table and we all said grace and started to eat.

N: so how your day guys?

B: it was good. Except from this one time when a kids head got stuck in a tuba.

Everyone burst out laughing including me.

Z: how does someone get their head stuck in one of those?

B: I don't know but I warned them not to treat them like they're toys. I guess he didn't listen and now... he's known as tuba head.

We all laughed again.

N: what about you Z?

Z: my day was good. I got a B+ on my maths test

They high fived.

N: that's my girl! I'm so proud of you!

B: I am too. Can't wait till that report card come.

I sipped my water while they laughed.

Nighttime

Z has just said goodnight to us and left our room. The twins were already asleep so I thought me and nick could have a lil... you know... sum sum.

I kissed her lips and she kissed back. I slid my hand down to her ass under her pants and squeezed it.

N: babe the twins are in here

She whispered.

B: they're asleep though

I said kissing on her neck frowning.

N: B no not tonight. I don't feel comfortable doing it with the twins in here

I sighed and turned around. It's been like this ever since the twins were born. I don't blame my babies for it I understand where Nicki's coming from but... make time for me please.

N: B please don't be mad

I didn't have anything to say I was over it.

B: goodnight

I whispered sadly. She sighed and we left it at that. I don't want us to go to bed sad and mad but I just feel like she doesn't see me as attractive as she did when we first met and it makes me insecure. Am I not enough anymore?

Morning

I got up and put the twins near Nicki and went in the shower. This is the routine ever morning.

When I got out I woke up Z and I went back to my room to get changed. Nicki woke up and we looked at each other for a short time and didn't say anything. I knew she was gonna go in the shower so I sat in her place and got the twins ready for when she gets out.

Once she was changed and the twins were ready I gave them to her and got ready for work.

When I went downstairs to meet my family in the kitchen Nicki was fixing the plates. Normally I'd kiss her good morning if I didn't in bed but... I didn't.

She put my plate in front of me and I said 'thank you' which was the first thing I ever said that morning. I didn't wanna be petty because I don't wanna take this further.

Once we finished it was time to go so Z kissed her goodbye and I just said 'bye'. It was so silent in the house and I know Z is gonna ask me about it. She's not stupid she'd notice something like this.

We got in the car and I turned the radio on but had it on low. When we got near the school Z asked about it.

Z: how come you and mama didn't talk this morning?

B: um... we just had a disagreement last night. It'll blow over don't worry.

Z: ok

She nodded. I parked the car and we got out. I let Z go find her friends while I go to her classroom and get the day started. Hopefully me and Nicki will be able to talk things out at home...
