1 year and 6 months later
(A/N: I wanted the twins to be able to walk and talk for when they're married)

It's been a year and a half since I've proposed to Nicki and we've definitely went through trials and tribulations but that made our relationship stronger and it makes me ever more surer that I want to marry her.

The update on the twins is... they're trouble. They're cute and they know how to get what they want but they're trouble. They're still chubby and that's one of the reasons why they get away with some things is because they're so damn cute!!! Z is 15 and I can't believe how tall and smart she is now. I want her back to 4 years old but then again she was more trouble then.

Me and Nicki have the wedding planner over and we're discussing the venues and designs for the wedding.

WP: so do y'all want it outside or inside?

B&N: inside

She nodded and noted it down.

WP: do you guys have a specific colour scheme for the venue?

B: we agreed on an all white theme.

She nodded and pulled out some pictures.

WP: so here's some pictures of the venues that I think you'd like.

We looked at them and we decided to visit this church that was already painted white. It looked gorgeous.

When we arrived we went in and the atmosphere was so angelic it was beautiful. Me and Nicki both agreed it'd be here. We decided on what flowers we wanted around the room. We also decided on where to have the wedding reception and everything for that.

When we was done we said goodbye to the planner and went to pick up the twins from daycare.

Daycare

We went in and signed them out. They came out the class and ran to us.

G: mommy!

X: mama!

We picked them up and kissed them and kissed he other.

B: you had fun babies?

They nodded and I smiled. I can't believe how big they've gotten. It seems like only yesterday Nicki was in the hospital bed giving birth to them.

We buckled them up and we went to pick up Z from basketball practice.

We parked outside the school and she came out with this boy. Me and Nicki stared intently. They walked to the car and Nicki and I just looked at him with no emotion.

Z: hi mommies

B: hey babe

N: who's your friend?

We said simply never breaking our stare from him.

Z: oh this is Adam

B&N: hmmm

We said as we squinted our eyes at him.

A: it's nice to meet you

B&N: nice to... meet you too... Adam

We raised our eyebrows at him giving him the 'you fuck up I hurt you' stare which made him look down.

A: well I'll see you later Z. It was nice to meet you guys.

We waved and Z got in the car.

B&N: who was that?

Z: did you not hear him say his name?

N: 1, stop with the attitude and 2, we just need you to clarify

Z: his names Adam

N: so why were you walking with him

Z: he's on the boy's team and he's my friend.

B: really? Because I ain't never seen him before or you two walking around together. What's the tea?

She sighed

Z: he's new here

B: okay

I nodded my head and we went home.

Home

B: Giselle! I said no!

She starts crying. Oh lord help me.

B: you can cry all you want You're not getting them. You need to eat healthy stuff

N: aww B just let her have them until dinners ready she'll be hungry.

B: and that means that she can definitely eat her dinner. She's not getting them end of story.

She sighed and Giselle kept crying. I tried to pick her up but she screamed and was waving her hands about.

B: ok I'm clearly not your favourite right now. X?!

I shouted to see where he is. He ran in from the living room and looked at G crying. He looked so sad to see her crying.

X: no no no cwy

He said trying to reach her in her high chair. I picked Giselle up and put her head in my neck while I rubbed her back.

B: calm down baby girl. I know you like chocolate but you can't have it everyday.

She stopped crying and wanted to go down so I placed her on the floor and X immediately hugged her.

B&N: aww

X pulled away and looked at her and tried to wipe her tears.

X: no cwy GG

G wanted another hug and place her head on X's shoulder and he wrapped his arms around her.

He seems to calm G down better than anybody. He took her hand and they went into the living room to watch TV.

B: that was so cute.

N: I know

We said making awe faces. I went behind Nicki who was making dinner and wrapped my arms around her.

B: you look beautiful.

She smiled making me smile

N: thank you babes you're not too bad yourself.

I giggled and kissed her neck and rested my chin on her shoulder.

Once dinner was done we sat at the table as a family and ate dinner. I looked around at everybody and felt truly blessed. Never would I've thought that my life would turn out this way but I'm glad it did.

Nighttime

We said goodnight to the kids and got in bed. I got behind Nicki and wrapped my arms around her keeping her close.

N: goodnight B

B: night my princess I love you

N: I love you too.

She turned around and we kissed and then we went to sleep.
