I don't know what to say except i'm getting confused myself...

Chapter 15

“Sit.” Psh, sit. I mocked him internally cause I can be quite childish sometimes. He had his back at me, making it impossible to look at his probably ugly ass face. I said down hesitantly and clutch onto the armrest. (You might never know, the chair would be awfully handy at times.)  Although…I feel like I’ve heard his voice somewhere before and even from his back view I could tell he’s definitely in his early twenties. I pursed my lips in a tight line, thinking back through the time I could’ve heard his voice. Utter failure I tell you. (I CAN remember things, just not all the time! Except when it comes to studies…my brain works so well…weird.)

“Well?” I dragged out the question in a bored manner.

He slowly turned around to reveal his not so bad as I thought face but what surprised me was we met before. I gawked at him and chocked on my saliva. Why didn’t I think of it?

Leah’s POV (We meet her again!!)

I paced back and forth in the spacious space between the television and couch. I can’t believe this; my sister has been kidnapped by her own date. I’m so stupid to not realize how suspicious he was that night. I knew that twinkle of amusement in his eyes that night wasn’t love. I knew it and I had said nothing and thought of it as nothing! I’m such an idiot! What am I going to do now? Hunter’s not back and Leah hasn’t been mind linking me.

What if they did something to her? Shit, what if…no, no! What am I thinking?! She’s strong, she’s Nora for god sakes… Gosh, stop freaking out Leah! It helps with nothing, right now I have to wait for Leah to start mind linking me again since she had put her shield up, she must be in a tight situation cause she NEVER puts her shield up…at least not at me.

“Hunter’s here.” Zeke said softly as he enters the living room I’m currently pacing around in. Thank god he’s here, we seriously need to talk. Yes, my sister is still held captive by villains but I have this sisterly feeling it’s what I’m supposed to do now or never. On cue, Hunter entered the room right behind his brother.

“We need to talk.” I said and saw his body tensed up, probably thinking I have bad news. He nodded his head stiffly and sat on the couch. The poor guy must be feeling the lost of my sister…his mate. He didn’t look good is an understatement. He looked worse than a zombie.

“Privately.” I said again before giving Zeke a pointed look and he walked out reluctantly. Hunter and I both sighed as I sat on the couch but with a medium amount of distance between us. I glanced down at my lap and played with my fingers, not knowing what I should say to start the conversation.

“So.” We both stated at the same time and stared at each other. He forced out a low chuckle and smiled at me. “You first.” He then said and looked down at the floor.

“I know what you did and I’m not saying its okay.” I stared at my lap once again and caught him dropping his head into his hands and let out a grunt. He didn’t cut me off; instead he quietly waits for me to continue.

“I don’t think it’s my position to make her decisions for her but it is my right as her little sister to protect her. We’re family and I’m not facing my back on that fact.” I mumbled knowing that he would still have heard it with his alpha hearing and he waited again.

“There are two sides to a story. I’m not going to ask about yours but she will need to know. I don’t think its fair she’s being treated this way without a reason. She needs reasons and it needs to come straight from you. She’s confused about this thing between you guys. I want you to clear it up and accept her decisions like a real man would.” I sighed and proceed with the talk I was giving him.
