"What the hell did you just do now?"
Ammar turns to Umar with an annoyed look. Seriously, he just literally escaped from a danger. Ammar might not hear what Umar just said, but the look on Umar's face tells him that Umar doesn't want him home.
Ammar sighs and takes steps away from his twin. Umar doesn't move, his eyes stares at Ammar with suspicions. He always does. Because his twin is deaf, he thinks that wherever Ammar goes, he'd create chaos. And Ammar knows that Umar hates him that much, because he kind of believed that he creates chaos wherever he goes.
Well, that was sort of true, honestly.
"I'm home!" Rayyan's voice echoes through the small house. Umar quickly turns his direction towards the door to welcome him.
Actually, Rayyan hates coming home. If he could, he would just sleep on the street. Sometimes he wished that he could be free like Ahmad. It sounds cruel, but Rayyan wants the rest of his family members to die already. They're just being a burden to him. He needs to feed them, and none of the twins can do anything to help. He hates that he needs to seek help from Ahmad to survive. He's so tired of it all.
Rayyan walks in, his eyes travels through the house like it's the first time he gets in there. When his stares land on Umar, he sighs. Both Umar and Ammar are annoying. He hates that he needs to deal with them every single day. He's also not really sure if he could listen to Umar's angry rant and Ammar's sad thoughts anymore.
"Salaam, Rayyan," Umar says, giving Rayyan a very familiar smile.
Rayyan doesn't answer. He simply takes a glance at Umar. He knows what that smile means. Umar is being suspicious with his twin brother.
"What is it this time?" Rayyan snaps, although deep inside he was trying to calm down.
Umar doesn't answer. He's afraid. Whenever Rayyan snaps, it indicates that Umar has to back off and let him alone. Sometimes it makes Rayyan feels like he wants to snap at Umar everytime. But of course, Rayyan does have heart. He doesn't need another suicidal family member.
Rayyan exhales a breath, trying to calm down. "What, Umar? What is it?"
