6. january twenty second (p. 1)

January 22nd

Dearest,
Last night was so bizarre. Jimin and I got home from dinner with a few friends—Namjoon, Hoseok (surprisingly enough), and not Yoongi. It's odd. Jimin is quite fond of Hoseok, so he spends time with him, and I guess Yoongi is okay with it? Weird...
Either way: when we got home, Jimin was so touchy? He didn't even drink, but he was still all over me.
Right when I got home, I went to my room, and then he crawled into my bed and rested his head on my chest while a wrote a paper. What was different (aside from his soberness) was that he wasn't even being sexual. He was just laying there, and I ended up holding him while I wrote, and then he started talking about how great I was. I'm not even dating him, and that's the most relationship-y thing that's ever happened to me. For the record, I've BEEN in relationships! He ended up falling asleep in my bed. When he woke up, I was still typing my paper (I have a habit of all-nighters). Then, he just took my laptop, saved the assignment, shut it, and laid back down. Like, he wouldn't let me work. We just laid there for a while and then I fell asleep.
When I finally woke up, he was gone, and had left me a little note saying, "I went to class, and didn't wake you up. You'll probably hate me, but I brought in your work for you. I'll get it to all of your professors, don't worry. You deserve a day off. Catch up on sleep. I'll bring home food."
If anyone else had opted out of waking me up, taken the liberty of making me miss class, AND brought in my work without my consent, I'd be pissed. I take school so seriously. If anyone else had done that, I would never speak to them again.
But, he did it, and I didn't think twice about it. I just fell back asleep, and then he came home, and brought Chinese food.
We just ate all night, and then we fell asleep on the living room floor together. In other news: I found out that I still hate the feeling of butterflies in my stomach.
