The bad

Mel's POV

I walked on the bus to see Lyra with tears rolling down her cheeks. I ran down the isle to get to her seat. "What happened!?" I ask as I'm sitting down. I look at her blue shirt turning a darker blue on her sleeves. I grabbed her arm and saw the cuts and scars something made on her arm. "Lyra what did you do" I choked out.

"Frank and I got into a fight last night.." Lyra says sobbing. "I hated the pain I cause him, so I did the same thing to me." Lyra lets out. I hot tear started to fall out the cornor of my eye. "Lyra.." I say afraid that if I talk I'll started crying like her. I didn't know what to do so, I hugged her. "Why were Frank and you fighting?" I asked. Lyra took a deep breath and said "We were fighting because I stopped eating again. And he said that if I don't start eating, he's going to leave me.." Lyra started cry again. "I love him Melissa.." Lyra mummbles. "Then eat..." I say, sounding more harsh than I mean to be. "But I'm to fat! If I eat... I'll only get fatter!" Lyra retorts. "Lyra! You are not fat! you are deathly skinny! And you will eat even if I have to force you too." I say trying to sound like a meant it.

It was lunch and everyone stared at her. Frank looked like he was about to cry when he saw her wrists but he pretended not to notice. Lyra slowly took a bite of the pizza on her plate and I smiled. "Hey Melissa, can I talk to you?" asked Tyler, captain of the football team. "Sure" I say letting him grab my arm and leading me to the hallway. "Well I heard that your dating Gerard, but I have some bad news for you.." Tyler says pulling out his phone. "I saw him with another girl yesterday and took this picture." Tyler shows me the screen. The picture was of him kissing this other girl on the cheek. I felt my face get red and tears starting to form and fall from my eyes. How could Gerard ever do this. I went back into the lunch room, went up to Gerard and screamed "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME! I HATE YOU!" I ran away with tears streaming down my eyes.

Gerard's POV

What was she talking about. I ran to Tyler ready to punch him. "What did you fucking say to my girlfriend!" I shouted to his face. "Oh she's not your girlfriend anymore! Well not after I showed her this!" he held out his phone to show a picture of me kissing another girl on the cheek. "Now that she's alone and single I can make my move on her!" Tyler says with a look of evil. That's when my reflexes took over and I punched him in the nose. His nose started to gush blood instantly. I ran to find Melissa to tell her the truth...
