TRUE LOVE

Chapter 14

Teyanna was now out the hospital and was at home. She hadn't told anyone where she lived. She just wanted peace and quiet in her new house. With her feet propped up she began reading a baby book about her first trimester, the one she was currently in. She was glad she didn't have work until 2 months from now.

About to turn the page she was interrupted when her phone rang. Looking at her caller id she rolled her eyes and reluctantly picked up.

"Yes Paul" she said with annoyance.

"Why didn't you tell me you were leaving the hospital?"

"Why should I have?"

Her voice remained even and so did her breathing,  for the sake of her unborn.

Letting out a breath he replied "Because we're together."

"And who told you that?"

"C'mon baby. What do I have to do to show you that I'm sorry?"

"You wouldn't be sorry if you wouldn't have cheated."

"I know. And I'm sorry. I really didn't mean to hurt you. I really miss you and I need you in my life. Please baby." he begged.

"I really don't have time for this"

"Please. Can we just meet up for ice cream or something?"

Letting out a breath she replied "Fine. Where?"

She could hear the excitement in his voice as he responded "Coldstones on aramingo."

Ending the call she put her book on the night stand and went to find something to where. After checking the weather she decided on some Ripped jean and a tank top. Only two months she was barely showing so she wouldn't raise any suspensions. Slidding on her sandals she grabbed her purse, phone, and keys and headed out the door.

20 minutes later she arrived at her destination. It just so happened that she parked right next to Paul's all white Camero while in her all black one. Getting out she noticed Paul at the door on his phone. She had to admit she missed him too but wasn't about to give in to his lies. Walking towards him she took in what he was wearing and he looked delicious. He had on a pair of black Gucci shoes with some red capri shorts and a black Gucci shirt that sculpted his musuclar body well. Shaking the thoughts off she stood in front of him and cleared his throat.

"Hey"

"Wassup"

"Can we go in?" she asked.

"Sure." Opening the door she signed in relief as the cool air hit her even thought she had the air on in the car.

After finding a table and ordering their ice cream they began talking.

"Sooo why are we here again?" Teyanna asked.

"Because I want you back. I want us back. Hell, I need us."

"How do I know this won't happen again?"

"Baby I swear to you it won't!"

Getting on his knees he continued. "I wasn't thinking right. I wasn't thinking at all. I really need back. You mean the world to me. I know we haven't known eachother long but I feel something with you. Something I never felt. Teyanna I love you dammit."

All Teyanna could process was the fact that he had said he loved her. She also thanked god they weren't in the front or else everyone would have seen him begging.

"We have to take things slow."

Getting up, she didn't even notice the tear that had fell from him eye.

"You just made me the happiest man I'm the world again."

She couldn't help but to smile. She didn't want to admit it but she did miss him. She missed his touch, him holding her, just him in all, but with her being stubborn he wouldn't find out easily.

"Look I have to go, but call me tonight alright?"

Nodding he got up and went to hug her. Pulling apart he still kept his hands on her lower back, making sure their lower halves were still touching. Before she could move he swooped down, which was far being as to how little she was, and kissed her.

He kissed her with passion, lust, and most importantly love. Pulling apart she walked away when a goofy smile plastered on her face. Before exiting she looked back once more, only to find him staring at her with the same goofy smile.
