Of course, even Darth Nox couldn't put off the only inevitable part of life. She had a good attempt at discovering immortality, but ultimately failed.
Though she did succeed in living for one hundred and nineteen years, much to the galaxy's surprise, and in many cases, dismay.
It was, rather anti-climatically after all she had been through, old age that claimed her in the end. The ancient Sith was found in her bed by her similarly ancient Sith friend and relative, the one hundred and seven-year-old Tali.
Tali had only meant to visit the Sith, but she ended up arranging her funeral.
Thankfully, Kitty had left specifications for this moment. She had carefully prepared for it. When she turned one hundred, she poured a sizeable sum of money into having a gaint tomb built on Korriban. This was a tradition of great Sith, so of course she had.
It had first been put to use burying her husband, who had died thirty-two years earlier. Kitty had made sure there was space for to be buried with those close to her, especially for that occasion.
She was just about the only one left. Her sister had died before her, as had Andronikos. Xalek and Ashara had both finished their training and had gone off in different directions. Most of the Talon sisters had passed on now as well. Though, their children and Kitty's remained. Khen was alive too, but he was looking after Avrria now.
The Sith had been nearly alone in her last few days. But when she was buried, there was a huge crowd. Cultists appeared on the usually deserted Korriban, along with thousands of Sith and Imperials. Tali was at the front of the crowd with Kitty's children as the Sith was lowered into her tomb.
They were too busy grieving to hear the ghostly voice protesting, "Fuck it, I'm dead!"
