It had been a month since Dean and Cas had hooked up. Cas had Dean's number, but he was never going to call him. Sure that was the best sex Cas had ever had, but it was a one night stand. You usually never see those people again.
Cas was working at the Gas n Sip on a Thursday when the little bell above the door rang. "Welcome to Gas n-" He stopped when he realized who it was. "Dean?"
"Oh, god..." Dean said. "Hey Cas..." He looked like he was about to say something, but instead just walked away. Dean came back to the counter a few minutes later with beef jerky and a six pack of beer. "So, Cas. I thought you said you were going into law?"
"Uh, yeah I am. I literally just graduated so this is just my way of getting money until then." Cas replied, trying to keep it from getting more awkward.
"Oh, yeah. Of course."
"Your total is $15.36."
Dean hands Cas the money. "Hey if you say no, I totally understand. But, I really enjoyed that night. Would you want to go out sometime? Maybe tomorrow?"
Cas was a bit surprised by the question. He thought this was only a one time thing. He did have an amazing night with him. "Um, I was under the impression that we had a one night thing. But, I did have an amazing time that night..." Cas thought for a moment. "Yeah. Sure. Why not?"
"Really? Ok, I know this great burger place. I'll pick you up tomorrow night at 5. Is that okay?"
"Yeah," Cas replied, handing dean his bag. "See you then."
