Chapter 3: "Royal?"

It's been a week since the siblings' little argument, and now..

"Kai! Oh my God, Kai!" The black-haired girl ran into the her brother's room.

"What is it?"

"Royal guards! They're down there! And they want the two of us!"

Kai's face turned white. "W-what? D-did they f-find out?"

"I don't know, I.."  She hugged her brother hard.

Kai took a deep breath. "Let's just.. let's just go and see what they want."

The young man got down the stairs to his workshop, holding Nya's hand, who was right behind him.

"You're the two siblings Smith?"

"Yes, sir."

"Come with us."

"What's going on?"

"We got orders to get you, that's what's going on. Now move!"

The two blacksmiths walked infront of the guards.

In about 20 minutes, they were walking threw the castle's gates.

"You're going to see the minister in a few minutes."
The guards then left them alone.

Nya wrapped her arms around her brothers forearm tightly.

"Good morning, blacksmiths."

They turned around to see a man in some red and purple garment, with his black hair tied in a short ponytail.
He spoke slowley.  "I don't have much time, so I'll make this quick. The rumours everywhere say you're the best blacksmithes around, and we need new craftsmen in our workshop, so.." He paused.

The two siblings looked at each other, astonished.

"I think you got the point."

"It would be our honour, sir."

"Not that you have the choice anyway.." He turned around and continued talking while he headed to the door. "You might bring whatever junk you'd like to keep with you from your petty workshop. You'll move into ours tomorrow."

As he said these words, he shut the door hard after him.

Next day, very early in the morning
Nya's POV

The guards showed us the place and left.

We walked into the new workshop in the back of the castle.

Wow.

This place is way much bigger than ours.

"Holy name of the first spinjitzu master!"

Kai started running around the place.

It had two diffrent stands, and they give us a view on what's happening outside, a huge table, a big oven, a wall where lots of shiny tools were hanged, and a door leading to another small room.

"Sweet."

Man, I would definitly love working here all day long!

I went towards the tools, picked a hammer, and started swinging it round, then threw it in the air, and caught it with the other hand.

"It's light.."

I slammed the hammer on a working stand.

"And strong."

"Nya, look."

Kai was calling me, already inside what I guess is a storing room.

I followed in.
