In the middle of the river sat a lone boat, being rowed by a mysterious butler clad in black. It gently swayed as the wind brushed past. The weather was foggy which gave the passengers little clue to what lies ahead. And in the middle of the boat sat Sabrina whilst Ciel's head rested on her lap. The blonde gently ran her fingers through his silky soft black hair, a fond smile present on her face.
"Seems like Young Master is tired, isn't he?" Sebastian asked, disrupting the silence.
"Seems like it." Sabrina answered, looking up to meet piercing red eyes. Memories of the occurrence a while ago then flashed through her mind, making the woman laugh sheepishly. "I'm really sorry about your... arm."
The demon blinked before releasing a soft chuckle himself, "I lose a limb every now and then. It is alright."
Sabrina laughed softly herself. "Thank you for saving him... Losing a limb in the process."
"It is an honor to receive your gratitude, milady."
Her eyes then drifted back to her beloved who was still in his slumber. A peaceful look was present on Ciel's face. His pale face gleamed against the moonlight as his black attire contrasted with the dark blue shade of the river.
Ciel then slowly opened his eyes, revealing his ocean blue orbs that Sabrina had always adored.
"Oh, you're awake." Sabrina greeted with a soft smile.
"Where... is this?" he asked, slowly sitting up with a hand on his head.
"Do you want to know?" Sebastian interjected with a smirk.
The earl glared at his butler, "I wanted to know so I asked."
Sabrina released a soft giggle, covering her mouth with a hand. "Grumpy as usual, Ciel."
The male's cheeks visibly reddened but he soon chuckled himself, "Well, I don't need to know where I am as long as I'm with you."
Now it was Sabrina's turn to blush and look away. Ciel's chuckle then slowly died as he touched his eyepatch.
"I seem to have slept for a long time." He murmured, eyes trailing at the river water which started to play back clips of his life. "This is..."
"Young Master's Cinematic Record. It's flowed to here."
"I see." Ciel's mouth fell downwards. "That is my life till now... I'm already dead."
"Idiot." Sabrina said, sticking a tongue out. "I'm still here. You're still alive."
Ciel feigned a look of shock, clutching on his chest dramatically, "Then why is it that I am seeing a goddess in front of me!?"
"This is making me disgusted." Sebastian whispered to himself.
"Did you say something, Sebastian?"
The demon gave a sarcastic grin. "I said that I'll offer the Young Master his death. This is my last duty as your loyal butler."
Ciel rolled his eyes while Sabrina could not help but shake her head.
The three individuals chatted to themselves, reminiscing each memory that would appear in the water. Soon, the silent talk diminished back to complete silence as they neared their destination.
They soon reached an island that gave off the feeling of an ominous dark cave. They took off the boat and proceeded to the heart of the said island. Dark tall trees and debris scattered around their path until they reached a rundown building that had lost half of its structure. Sebastian entered first, giving the lovers a bit of space they needed.
Sabrina's gripped tightly on her dress, looking down to hide the sorrow in her eyes. It was too fast. Why is fate cruel enough to let them part the moment they can actually have the freedom to love each other?
A hand then rested on her cheek, making her look up to see Ciel's gentle face.
"It's alright, Sabrina." He assured her.
Tears clouded her vision as she gulped down her sobs. She shook her head, finally dropping her facade. "It's not alright. It's so unfair."
His thumb glided against her cheek, wiping off the tears that trickled down her skin. Their eyes met. Brown orbs to blue orbs.
"Julienne- no, Sabrina. Promise me that you'll continue living once I'm gone." He pleaded. "I want you to continue smiling, laughing, loving... Just please. Live for me."
"How can I continue smiling when I cannot see you anymore? How can I laugh when I cannot hear your grumpy retorts anymore? How can I love when you're not by my side anymore?" she choked out, grasping on his hands.
She felt that he'll disappear if she is to let go of her love. "Ciel, don't leave me. I love you. Please... There must be a way..." she pleaded.
Ciel shook his head, a smile still present on his face. "You know that I need to fulfill the end of my deal."
"You know, Sabrina. Despite knowing that I'm on the verge of dying, I feel at peace. You know why? It's because I didn't even expect all the great things that have happened to me. I expected my life to be drowned in dread and sorrow. However, you came and made it look brighter. That said, I should not be greedy and not ask for more...
"... Is what I would like to say." He released a soft laugh "But humans are naturally greedy. That is why I'll ask for a bit more..."
He knelt down in one knee, taking Sabrina's left hand with both of his hands. "Sabrina Luthferd, if we were given the chance, will you be my morning? Will you be the reason of my everyday?"
"...Will you marry me?"
Sabrina couldn't believe her ears. Words won't describe how happy and sad she was. She nodded, a laugh emanating from her throat as tears continued to fall from her eyes.
Ciel grinned, kissing her left index finger.
"I love you, Sabrina Luthferd."
"I love you too, Ciel Phantomhive."
Ciel then entered the building, leaving Sabrina outside. He didn't want her to see his last moments and she didn't want him to see her crumble.
Once he was gone, Sabrina dropped to the ground, covering her face with both hands as she cried her eyes out.
"...Ciel."

Sebastian was patiently waiting for his master when Ciel entered the vicinity. The butler instructed him to sit on the stone bench in which he complied to.
"What happened to your arm, Sebastian?" Ciel asked the moment he took notice of the missing limb on Sebastian's body.
The butler gave his master a forced smile. "Just a little casualty."
Ciel didn't press further and instead shrugged.
"Well then, the rest of my soul is yours." He said, looking up at Sebastian with a satisfied smile.
"You seem happy."
"Of course I am happy. I can now say that I have lived my life."
The master and the servant shared their small laughter.
Ciel closed his eyes, leaning back on the bench. Sebastian, on the other hand, slid off his glove with his mouth, dropping them to the ground as he slowly approached his prey.
"Goodnight, my Lord."
