"Hope, wake up we're here" Elijah says nudging me gently.

"Mmm five for minutes" I mumble still half asleep.

"We're in the car we need to go inside"

"Leave me alone" I mutter turning around aggressively, hitting my head against the window in the process, which wakes me up.

"Sorry" I apologise with a small smile for my aggressive sleepy state.

Elijah waits for me to get out of the car and we walk towards the entrance of the building. I get to the entrance before Elijah and can't contain myself as I scream with excitement once I see Rebekah inside.

I sprint inside to hug her, and she puts her drink down as I jump into her arms.

"Hello love" she chuckles as I embrace her in a tight hug.

"I thought something was wrong" Elijah sighs with relief coming inside.

"Sorry" I smirk and he smiles.

"Sister, what a pleasant surprise" Elijah embraces Rebekah in a hug and kisses her cheek as I take a seat on one of the bar stools.

"Wow, look at you you've gotten so grown up" Rebekah grins at me.

"It's only been 6 months" I remind her although it feels much longer, "how come your home?" I ask.

"Don't you know? Your dad-" she starts to tell me but Elijah cuts her off.

"Your father and I missed Rebekah and begged her to come home" Elijah smiles trying to cover up what Rebekah was going to tell me.

Rebekah nods in agreement.

"What are you's lying about?" I ask.

"Nothing" they reply in unison.

I take Elijah's coat off me and hang it up.

"Anyways you should be telling me what you've been up to since I left" Rebekah smiles changing the subject.

"The usual, not allowed to leave the house most of the time" I shrug.

Elijah pours himself a bourbon and takes a seat.

"Oh come on I've been gone 6 months I must have missed something!" she urges sipping on her drink.

Elijah's phone rings and he excuses himself to take the call.

"Beks don't lie to me, what's going on?" I ask.

"I can't tell you Hope, your dad will tell you soon I promise"

"Is my dad okay?" I ask.

"Yes, he's fine and he will explain when he gets here" Rebekah promises.

"Niklaus is on his way, but I need to go" Elijah says coming back in to get his coat then leaves.

"Beks I have a bad feeling about whatever's going on" I admit.

Whenever something bad is coming for our family I can feel it. I can't explain it but I trust the feeling and so do my family, because it's never been wrong.
