Fix a Heart

"Will you marry me?"

The whole scene was just too much to take. Louis on one knee in the middle of the candy aisle, proposing.

I burst out laughing.

"Louis, I thought we were getting married!" Harry whimpered from the chocolate shelf.

"Ya well I also said you were the hottest man I'd ever met, but then I met Roxy." Louis joked.

"What is up with all these man jokes?!" I yelled at the boys, who only laughed.

Louis pulled a pack of ring pops off the shelf and opened the bag, ignoring Liam's pessimistic comments. He pulled out a cherry ring pop and stuck it on my ring finger. I did the same to him, but his was blueberry.

At that moment, Niall and Zayn came speeding into the aisle, Zayn in the cart with all the junk food they picked out. Niall let go of the cart and Zayn yelled, crashing into a tower if valentine's day things.

"Roxanne."

I quickly grabbed the bag of ring pops out of Louis' hand and shoved it down Harry's jumper.

"Hey George," I greeted my boss.

"i'm actually happy you're here. Can you work?"

"Um actually.... Its my day off and this is the only night the boys are here-" I started.

"Roxy. Let's get one thing straight." He walked up to me and brushed my cheek with his fingertips. I slapped his hand away. "When I ask you to work, I mean it as a rhetorical question. It's an order, really. I'll see you at nine." He turned To Harry. "I hope you're going to pay for those." He told him and walked away.

"God he is such a prick." Louis said.

"Damn. I have to work night shift..." I complained.

"So don't go." Niall said, his mouth full of chips.

"I can't just not go, Nialler." I told him.

"Why not? That guy is sick Rox. I don't know how you put up with it." Harry said, steam coming out of his ears.

"Well its the only job I can get. I have to pay for Robin's schooling now." I told all of them.

"Where is Robin anyways?" Zayn asked Niall. He just shrugged his shoulders.

After searching for a few minutes we found her at the front of the store.

Riding a mechanical pony.

All the boys got excited and thought it was the best idea to all try and fit on the thing.

I took a couple of pictures until I heard a crash and sparks flew out of the horse. Robin and everyone gathered up all our food and ran out of the store without paying.

"Truth or dare?"Zayn asked.

"W!" Louis screamed in my ear. I smacked him upside the head. He shoved popcorn down my shirt in response. Harry stuck his hand down my shirt, retrieving the popcorn.

Liam gave us three a weird look, but shook his head. "Um truth."

"On a scale of one to ten how good looking would you rate yourself?" Zayn asked.

"Oh that's easy. I'd say a five. Maybe a seven on a good day."Louis answered.

"That's a good answer LIAM." Liam said.

"Robin truth or dare?" Niall asked.

"Dare. DARE DARE DARE!" she screamed jumping on the couch.
