"So Harry. Would you like to come to dinner at our house tonight?" I shook my head violently at my sister.
"Well I wouldn't want to intrude." Harry replied, making me sigh with relief.
We had gotten coffee at Starbuck's and were sitting by the fountain in the middle of the mall.
"Oh you won't be intruding. We insist." Robin said to him, rolling her eyes. We. I hate that word.
"Well in that case, okay." Harry said, smiling. I rolled my eyes again. "If it's okay with Roxanne of course."
My sister begged me with her eyes. I scoffed at her. "Whatever." I replied, but gave Robin a look that said, 'you owe me big time.'
She squealed with joy. "The boys can come too if you'd like." she smiled to Harry next to her.
"Oh no. I never agreed to that. There is no way in hell I am feeding five boys if I can barely feed myself." I yelled.
But before I knew it, we were back home and the five boys from One Direction were sitting on my couch. How I came about this, I don't know.
Things got more awkward the longer they were here, staring at me.
"Well this is wonderful." a boy with bright red pants said, breaking the silence.
I sighed. "Robin why don't you show the boys around while I start making dinner?"
Robin got up off the floor and herded the boys into the lounger a.k.a our home theatre and video game room.
I shuffled over to my iPod dock and plugged my iPod in so I could start cooking. Love me Dead by Ludo came on first so I settled for that.
I began cooking my amazing spaghetti with meatballs (Mum's recipe since I don't like cooking). I put the noodles on to boil and started the sauce when I heard someone clear their throat behind me, making me jump. I dropped the spoon that was in my hand and turned towards the intruder.
"Sorry! Sorry! I didn't mean to scare you!" the boy with the bright red pants said. "I just thought you might want some help, thats all." He picked the spoon up off the floor and put it in the sink.
I smiled. "Well at least one of you boys has good manners." He smiled back at me. "You can roll the meat into balls." I told him.
"Of course. I'm especially good at that." He said and went to wash his hands.
"I don't think that's something you should be proud of." I laughed.
He laughed too. "I'm Louis by the way."
"Roxanne. But call me Roxy."
"Yes ma'm."
We really didn't talk much while we cooked, which is good because I really can't be distracted.
"How old are you?" Louis said, breaking the silence.
"19. You?" I answered.
"20."
"How the bloody hell did you get stuck with teenagers then?" I asked. He laughed.
"Not really my choice. It was Simon Cowell's." Right. X-factor. I knew that. "They aren't bad kids though."
"Mhmm."
"It's true."
"I'm not saying it isn't."
"Right. How'd you get stuck with your sister alone in this big house?"
I grimaced. "It's...complicated."
