My heart almost dropped as the word came out of my boss' mouth.

"Fired." he said. I lost everything at that moment.

"No. No no no. I need this job. I need the money." I begged.

"I'm sorry Roxanne. But defacing store property, stealing food, and not showing up to work is unacceptable." he said.

"How am I supposed to feed me and my sister? Or pay for her schooling?"

"Well...don't you think it's time she should go back to the home. You could be going to college by now if she was off your ass."

I glared at George. "How could you say such a thing, you monster?! Of course that's not happening!" I yelled at him before he was knocked off his feet, by my fist.

"Oh my God Roxy. What happened?" Harry asked as I walked through the door.

I sighed. "I got fired." I answered bluntly.

"I meant to your face." he walked up and placed his hand on each side of my face, inspecting my new black eye.

"Oh, that. George punched me."

"What?!" Harry yelled.

I smiled slightly and wrapped my arms around his waist. "It's okay Haz. He had more destruction done to him then I do."

He shook his head at me. "Of course you would get in a fight with him." He put his head on top of mine and squeezed me.

"What are you even doing here?" I asked him. "I thought you were going ice skating with everyone."

"I thought i'd wait for you." he smiled.

"That's sweet." I looked up at him and kissed him sweetly on the lips. I broke it off too soon for his liking and walked into the kitchen. I grabbed a bag of peas and sat at the table, putting it on my eye. Harry sat next to me.

"I don't know what I'm gonna do Harry. I have no job and do you know how hard it's going to be for me to find another one?" I asked.

He put his hand on my leg. "We'll get through this. I promise."

I smiled weakly at him. We started to inch closer ready to kiss when my phone went off. Harry groaned. "It's Louis." He groaned again.

"Hey Boo." I said , as cheerfully as I could.

"Hey love. When do you get off?" Louis asked.

"Actually I'm off now. Me and Harry will be there in a few."

"Okay. Drive safe-" CRASH! " Ooo! Are you okay guys? Walk it off! Walk it off!"

"Okay Lou. Bye." I laughed.

I put my phone back in my pocket and looked up to Harry. He looked really upset. I put my hand on his face and rubbed it. "I'm really sorry. I don't mean to hurt you."

"Pfft." was all he said.

"Maybe we shouldn't do this. Go behind everyone's back like this?" i confessed. "It feels wrong."

Harry looked down at his hands and twiddled his thumbs.

"I like you Harry. I really do."

"Then don't." pause. "Don't go out with him."

I looked at him sadly. I brought his head towards me and kissed him slowly. His hands traveled to my face and deepened the kiss. He picked me up and set me on the table, crawling on top of me, his hands wrapped around my waist. I moved my mouth to his neck as he fumbled with my shirt. I helped him take it off and began to kiss him more.
