the trial lasted for about two weeks until finally, a decision was made by the judge.

josh was sentenced to three years in jail and a fine of $1,000, for breaking and entering, and for possessing an illegal fire arm.

daren was sentenced to fifteen years in jail, with no parole, for stalking, aggravated assault on a person with child, and abuse.

the restraining order against daren was never removed and one was placed against josh as well.

case closed.

that was a month ago. harry is now seven months and two weeks along and he and zayn are still happily together. their way relationship growing more and more every day. harry's family moved out of holmes chapel and into bradford in order to have a fresh start and so that harry could be closer to zayn. harry continues to take online classes and spends a lot of time at zayn's house.

harry even became acquaintances with liam and louis, because they started to come over more to hang out with the two. zayn's modeling career was starting to really sky rocket. he worked full time now but always made time to spend time with harry and take care of him. it was known to everyone that he and harry were together and people adored harry.

you wouldn't believe how harry's followers on instagram went up by the hundreds. he and zayn post on pictures on each other's pages and they get a lot of love. although their is hate as well, they ignore it because who cares what they say? they've got each other and soon they'll have a beautiful little one running around.

zayn was not at home because he was out with his manager, who was setting up interviews and photo shoot dates in which required leaving town as well. harry was at his house where liam and louis also were, dealing with harry's mood swings and all. they referred to it as 'bratty' in private.

"no! this isn't the flavor i wanted!" harry whined, crossing his arms as he glares at liam.

"but harry you said you wanted chocolate." liam says.

"i said mint chocolate!" harry exclaims, kicking his legs slightly in frustration. does anyone ever listen?!

"it's the same thing harry just without mint." liam tries to explain.

"exactly, without the mint, it's not the same asshole." harry glared at him. liam rolls his eyes at harry's picky choices.

"fine i'll go get another one!" liam shouts.

harry's eyes fill with tears, "don't yell at me." liam curses under his breath not meaning to yell, especially with how sensitive harry's become. oh god he's gonna die. zayn's gonna literally cut his head off and serve it for dinner with an apple in his mouth. he quickly sits down next to harry and wraps his arms around the pregnant boy.

"hey, shh don't cry, please. i'm sorry harry." liam cooes. harry sniffles, leaning into his touch.

"i- i just want mint chocolate ice cream." he cries. liam rubs his back.

"i know i know, i'll get it for you, just don't cry." liam shushes him. harry stops crying and nods, sniffling softly. liam pats his back and they both jump when they hear a voice behind them.

"awe did liam make the zayn's baby cry? looks like i have a story to tell later." louis smirks. liam narrows his eyes at louis and flips him off.

"fuck off and watch harry while i go get his ice cream."

"alright alright, grumpy pants." louis says in defense. liam stands up, grabbing his keys and walks over to the door, while louis comes over to take his place next to harry. "now that the asshole is gone, let's watch some movies yeah?" louis says. harry giggles and nods as louis grabs the remote.

zayn was still at work, so harry decides to text him instead.

haven't updated in a while thanks to writer's block, but here it is. more to come :)

what'd you think? and i did some research how much time to spend in jail for certain crimes so that their sentencing can be realistic. so what josh did is not considered attempted murder, therefore he didn't get a long sentencing. as for daren, well y'know.
