I need you, I need you, I need you right now… Yeah, I need you right now…

So don’t let me, don't let me, Don’t Let Me Down...

----------

I wasn't expecting to see a monster in the mechanic walls of the CORE. And it wasn't just any monster, as it was W. D. Gaster, the Royal Scientist of the Underground. I easily recognized him from the dusty pictures that were scattered around his laboratory, along with a few other skeletons, one short and another considerably taller, but not as tall as him. I knew that the tallest skeleton was Gaster because he was the only one in the photographs wearing a lab coat, just like his current attire, just with more oil splotches coated on his face.

Flashing back to reality, I saw him once again. His mere presence made my hands tremble, and my legs shake in fear. Despite his lack of physical matter, he is a surprisingly intimidating being, with his large stature and height. He cast a shadow on me, making me feel even smaller than usual.

As I clutched my notebook around my arms and affixed the glasses on my face, the scientist immediately decided to launch a few bones at my direction. With quick reaction time, I barely managed to dodge the sharpened cartilages that have pierced the metallic bridge. Gasping for air, I turned around to the place where I once stood. Although I had made it safely, one of the pages of my notebook were pierced, permanently affixed to the bridge.

As I turn back to Gaster, he tries to punch me with his floating and hands. My eyes continuously dart around the bridge, desperately trying to find any openings from his movements. At last, he managed to slip up by punching in the wrong direction. At full speed, I ran towards him, and with the pages of my notebook, I cut one of his hands, making it explode in a considerably controlled manner.

“How dare you destroy one of my hands,” he shouted in a blind fit of rage, his voice booming with a deep bass pitch, “you shall soon see the true madness of the Royal Scientist, W. D. GASTER!”

“Please, just let me go,” I pleaded, “all I want is to go home. I only destroyed your hand in self-defe-”

Before I could finish my sentence, Gaster immediately sent a barrage of sharp bones directed at me. I tried running away as fast as I could, but my foot was pierced by one of the bones. The pain immediately translated into my deafening screams and shrieks as I desperately try to release my foot from the bone. As I was struggling to break free, Gaster immediately ran up to me.

Before I could say anything, he repeatedly punched my body with his hands. Each punch caused me to gasp for air, and each blow he delivered just made me want to cry. His surprising strength just made my body to ache in horrible pain. My body was starting to spasm, my stomach wanting to vomit, and my eyes red from the tears that started to flow.

Before he could completely kill me, I manage to get my notebook and cut him repeatedly. It doesn't damage him as much, but as more cuts land on him, he starts shouting more and more until he just rips off his lab coat and shouts to the ceiling like a wolf. He was now covered in millions of scars, some bleeding from the bone marrow. He was now only wearing a turtleneck sweater and dress pants that were originally hidden by the coat.

Realizing the strength of the notebook, I continuously cut the bone with the paper daggers in hopes of setting my foot free. As I continuously slice the bone, Gaster slowly walks up to me, with six hands at his disposal floating behind him. As his footsteps get louder the more he gets near me, the faster I cut the diamond-like bone. Suddenly, most of the bone was finally cut, only leaving a small piece on the metallic bridge. I desperately try to pull it out of the bridge to get my foot off the bridge, and as I pull, my salty tears continuously fall down onto the metallic floor, gasping for air every second.
