The human fell to the underground
And lived with the monsters in peace

Human had to defend him

They wanted to set monsters free

But something suddenly went wrong
And they finished without success.

Than they both were dead
All the hopes were broken
They made monsters mad
And fully awoken
From that sweet little dream
From that beautiful future
So now monsters knew
It was just a false picture.

In the fairy tales
Where the hero comes down
By the endless stairs.

The monsters belived
They were full of hope
They trusted the human
And knew that he knows.

Human set them all free
With his determination
He couldn't do it alone
It was his destination.

All the monsters were happy,
But the human was sad
He couldn't save everyone
Someone had to be left.

Monster prince had to stay in the underground,
And the human was coming back
The human believed he could save Asriel
Human didn't know he was dead.

The monster prince didn't feel anything
So he forgot how to love
But when he realised what the soul is
He didn't want to come back down.

He remembered first human that he once met
He saw Chara's spirit that was totally left.
He wanted to talk but spirit did not.
Maybe it wasn't only his fault?

To know what this means
Than he realised -
spirits are just his dreams.
