What Do I Wish For?

I wish the wish I've wished a thousand times

When hands twice have a pair of pairs

And finding peace within the ancient rhymes

Consuming their archaic stares.

This wish I've wished is but a foolish thought

That fate would give me the forbade

Rekindle what was lost and once forgot

But livened whence it first was made

If I could only climb that staggered mass,

The narrow peak of Martin's mind,

Quite then, perhaps, this wish will come to pass

And happiness I then will find.
