"So again...." Namjoon sighed rubbing his eyes as he looked at the two older girls sloppily write the Korean phrase on their notepads.
"It's written like this." He said while taking their notepads away from them. "You both lack the grammar skills for the Korean language."
Namjoon wrote 한국에서 우리를 만나러와 in elegant script at the top of each of their pages and watched as they tried to copy it.
"You need to learn to write Hangul if you want to use Twitter to communicate with your fans" he stated and sat back watching as the girls wrote and rewrote the phrases he had prepared for them.
Nina stared angrily at the sheet hoping that if she glared at it long enough it'd fix itself. Sam on the other hand seemed to have just given up on the lesson. Maybe on life in general... Her hair stuck out in different directions and she was sure the headache she felt at the moment was a sign from the heavens that it was time to stop.
"How is it that you both can speak and sing in Korean but can't read or write it??" Namjoon asked annoyed. "How are you even kpop stars??"
" We're talented" Nina stated giving the boy a small smile. Sam nodded in agreement and added a fact of her own.
"And good looking" she said smiling and cupping her face like Ms. Choi had taught her to do during fan signs. Namjoon just rolled his eyes and leaned over the small table to flick her forehead.
Nina just giggled, watching as Sam stuck her tongue out at him and rubbed her injury.
"I'll be right back, keep practicing." He said getting up from his seat and leaving the small practice room. The trio had decided that the company building would be much quieter for their tutoring secessions but they never counted on how long it would take the girls to learn a new language. .
"Well he's definitely not in a good mood." Nina said leaning back in her seat stretching her hands over her head. Sam nodded in agreement.
"I bet if he was teaching Samila he'd be all nice and patient." She said resting her head on the desk and closing her eyes. Both girls jumped a bit when they heard a voice behind them.
"Damn straight, but you aren't Samila" he said with a smile, " so chop chop! Hurry and we can go home."
...
Julie smiled to herself, happily walking down the company halls with her things in hand. She had thought about waiting for her unnies to be done with their language lesson, but one look at Namjoon and she knew they were going to be awhile.
Julie felt accomplished, she had just finished recording her solo cover of one of the songs that the group had decided on and planned to release it as a gift to the fans on Christmas. There were still a few edits that needed to be done but she was sure that the mixing department would have it ready on time.
"Hey stalker girl!" She heard a voice yell behind her and jumped when she felt a muscular arm drape itself over her shoulder, heat rushed to her neck and a small blush crept up her neck to her cheeks.
"Kookie, what's up?" She asked smiling, slowly relaxing into his embrace. The two had definitely become closer over the last few months but sadly their relationship hadn't surpassed the 'friendship' stage.
"Nothing, just waiting for hyung to be done so we can go home but then I saw you." He said, he kept his arm around her and gradually he felt her relax under his touch. He always felt comfortable in her presence.
"Going home?" He asked and she nodded finally taking a step away from his reach, his scent was intoxicating and it made her dizzy. If she was going to have a conversation with him like a normal person, she needed to be able to think and speak clearly.
