●~Chapter 5: Training, Start!!~●

  You walked up the stairs and went into Papyrus's room.

  His room was very neat and tidy. He had shelves filled with weapons, a soft board with all his badges.

  It was far better than your room back on the surface.

  He then came in carrying the pillow and the blanket that he gave you earlier in the day.

"Like I said human, you sleep on the bed. I'll take the floor." Papyrus placed the pillow next to his bed and placed the blanket there as well.

  "Are you tired?" You asked. A small smirk made its way to Papyrus's face

"Tired of trying so hard to take care of a rascal like you." He made fun of you and teased you

You didn't really find it funny

  Papyrus turned off the light in his room and lied down on the floor.

"(Y/N), what would you be doing at this time?" Papyrus asked curiously

  "Well... I would be... either fixing my scars up in my room or be getting more scars" you laughed a little as it was so ironic. Its either you heal the ones you already have or get new ones.

"Are we monsters similar to the humans up there?" Papyrus asked another question.

"Hmm... not all humans are as kind as you are. It's really hard to find one like you. You show your tough side... but you're generally nice to the ones you warm up to"

"I see. Any questions you would like to ask me? (Y/N)?"

  You thought about it. You really didn't have much to ask except...

  "Why do you and your brother not get along??"

"Oh, we get along. It's just that monsters down here treat the ones they love just like how they treat other monsters. Rude and Roughly. It isn't our fault, we're just... like that."

  "Oh... I see. Up there, no matter how much you show kindness and love... those people never return it." You said bitterly. Papyrus could feel your anger.

You were raging inside
He could feel it
You could feel it
You wanted to get rid of it

"You need to rest. I'm planning to train you tomorrow. Don't worry, we won't train every day. We'll have breaks." Papyrus said sleepily

  You closed your eyes and got comfortable. "Goodnight Papyrus," you said before knocking out.

  You were so tired. It hit you so hard.

  Light was shining through a window that hit directly on your face. You woke up by that. The curtain wasn't closed properly.

  "Weird... I thought there was no sun down here." You got out of bed and saw the town from the window. All the lights were on and it lit up the place. It was surprisingly bright.

  You walked down to the kitchen and Papyrus was there preparing breakfast.

"Hmm? Oh! You're awake. How did you sleep last night?"

  "Morning sir. I slept well. I just knocked out." You stretched and headed for the sink.

  You washed your face. You were ready to start the day.

"Hey, (Y/N), I went to the store and bought some new clothes for you. They look exactly like the one you are wearing now. Why don't you change and let me wash the one you have on."

  "Oh! Thanks, Papyrus! I'll go change now" You took one of the few he bought for you and went up to his room to change.

  It was rather comfortable! It wasn't stuffy and it was pretty stretchable.

  You went back down and tossed you dirty long-sleeved shirt into the laundry basket. It was right next to the sink.

"Could you call Sans for me? I'm almost done"

  "Sure!" You didn't like walking up and down much but Sans cant just starve. You knocked softly on Sans's door.

"Yep, come in boss" Sans replied

  You entered and Sans was still on his bed. He was too lazy to do anything.

  You sat at the side of his bed shaking his shoulder.

"Hmmm?? Oh, it's your kid. Whaddaya want?"

"Boss wants you down for breakfast. He asked me to getcha" you replied.

"Alright. As long as Boss doesn't shout at me, I'm good." Sans got off the bed and walked down. You followed him from behind closing the door behind you.

"Ahh, there you are. Thanks (Y/N)"

  The three of you sat down and ate waffles. 3 waffles each.

"Now since your stomach is full, let's get to practice (Y/N). Sans, mind teleporting us to the training centre?"

"Yeah sure. I'll just sleep there till ya need me, boss."

  You were teleported to this place. It kinda looked like a gym. Just without the weights and exercise machines.

"Alright Human, here. Take my sword." Papyrus hands his sword to you. It looked so cool!

"Position yourself."

~○TRAINING START○~

  A small attack came your way. You managed to deflect all three of Papyrus's attacks.

  He makes it a little harder. Blue and orange attacks.

"Blue attacks. Don't move
Orange attacks: move" Papyrus shouted to you from afar.

  The floor then had blue bones ejecting from it. You didn't move and they disappeared. Suddenly, orange bones came up and you started running around to prevent from getting hit.

"YOU ARE DOING WELL!"

  You then slid all the way to Papyrus and deflected his incoming attacks

You were starting to tire...
