Sorry for the wait, but here's a filler chapter. Altaria dreaming.

🐻🐻

Light. Light filled every crook and cranny of the room. Am I in heaven? Then a man, the same man who bought her, stepped away from a pillar. Never mind. I think this is the year when Lucifer came to wreak havoc on the Angels.

"How are you doing?" He was fixing his shirt sleeves when he came to stand in front of her.

"What do you mean? How am I doing!!? You nearly killed me!!!" Calm. Think calmly Ally.

Okay.

Altaria took a deep breath.

And exhaled.

"From this dream I'd have to say that I must be doing well. Unless I'm dead." Altaria didn't want to know where exactly her real body was at.

"Yes. You are indeed alive. Alive and healthy." A certain tone in his voice got her attention. He sounded guilty but of course relieved.

"Why did you attack me and my friend?" A tear managed to slip down her cheek. The air was thick with tension. Altaria thought it was because of her hate for him. The man knew better. Whether she knew it or not, it was because there was an attraction between the two of them.

"I told you not to run away..." Altaria didn't look convinced.

"You have money to blow. I don't believe that losing me would have made a dent in your fortune. So why did-" The man stepped forward and pushed Altaria to the wall behind her. Before she could protest he pressed his lips against her.

Her eyes grew wide in shock and immediately she fought against his hold. He wouldn't budge though. Wait, stupid. This is a dream. Your dream.

Altaria closed her eyes and focused. A bright stream of light pulled the man away from her. It dragged him across the floor and into a jail cell along with her stolen first kiss.

"Don't ever do that again. You psycho! You have no control over me in this realm. This is my dream. I am ruler here." Altaria glared mercilessly at her prisoner. He only chuckled and brushed his fingers across his lips.

"Did you really want me to stop?" Altaria froze.

"Like you said. This is a dream. You're right about being the only one able to control what happens. But you're wrong about something. A dream gives you the ability to do whatever you want. In reality, your brain is the one who creates this, it's people, and the courses of action."

"Your mind wanted me to be here. And, actually, this area is part of my dream." He walked through the bars as if they were made of air.

Altaria backed away slowly. "Why would I be in your dream? How is that even possible?" She looked at the room and it's contents. He must have been right because everything looked unfamiliar to her but he felt right at home.

"I don't know how it's possible but if you really want to see your dream, take a look outside." She ran to the window and pulled away when she saw what was waiting for her.

The man came to stand directly behind her as he too looked outside.

"Right now we're at the border of your dream and my dream. You must've been so afraid in your realm that you jumped into the closest exit that you could find."

The Darkness versus the Light. She realized just how correct her owner was in saying what he did. Why is everything like this?

Everything looked broken. The skies were a depressing gray and smog coated everything. In the center was a throne. Cold, empty, and a harsh obsidian black. Ally, you're supposed to sit there...
