Flashback 10 years ago

"Stop give me back my books" I said to my brother Carter

"Give me back my books" Carter mocked.

"Why the f*** aren't you closing the lamp. I'm trying to sleep, and I have to work tomorrow. I aint working this hard for your ugly a** to do nothing. Do you want me to call over dad? I'm pretty sure he's drunk as hell to!" Smirked Carter

"You wouldn't dare!" I responded.

"Let Katherine's books go! Can you please stop Carter" My little sister Leah said.

Suddenly the door opened.

"Well, Well, Well. What do we have here. A little B****! Why the fuck are you not sleeping!" he shouted

My dad dragged me by my hair and threw me to the cold hard ground.

"I'm here working my a** of trying to pay the electricity bills and here we have this little b**** studying for her f****** test. What did I F****** tell you. You are not going to focus on your studies." He said as he slowly unraveled his belt and started hitting me hard. Every time i pleaded  him to stop he kept on beating me harder and harder.

I whimpered as my mom tried to stop my dad and my brother watched me get whipped.

End of Flashback

"WHAT THE F.."

I ripped open my covers and realized that I was drenched with water.  Olivia on the other hand was laughing her head off with an empty bucket in her hand.

"Olivia, why the fuck did you touch me?" I yelled

"Your apple bottom ass wouldn't wake up" snickered Olivia, " I tried everything to wake you up, do you left me with no choice."

"At least you saved me some couple minutes by showering me with water so I don't have to take a shower." I smirked.

"That's what you think... I used toilet water. So unless you want to show up to work looking like trash, I would advise you to shower." giggled Olivia

"Well thank god I have work or else I would've beat your ass" I remarked.

"Wow, kinky!" winked Olivia.

Today I had a meeting with my boss about my new patient that I will be a lawyer for. Finally, after days of being on hiatus I can finally have my first client as a lawyer. 

I quickly threw my bedding in the laundry basket and took the wet mattress to dry outside. Good thing you expect nothing but the sun in England.

I quickly ran to the bathroom and showered using my leather shampoo. After drying, I straightened my long black hair, wore a grey peplum suit to match my big hazel eyes and applied light makeup. Finally I was ready. 

"What took you so long?" replied Chris. "Toilet Water" snickered Olivia. I swear I'm going to kick her ass one day. "Well better grab something to eat because you're about to be late." Said Chris.

Chris and Olivia were dating for three years now. Although their relationship has an up and down rollercoaster, they love each other.

Today was Chris's last day of staying here since his house was finally innovated.

"Shoot!" I quickly grabbed a banana and grabbed my briefcase. Then I looked at my reflection.

"Quit checking yourself out! You're fine Woman!" Olivia laughed. 

I kissed Olivia and hugged Chris and ran out the door.

Olivia and I met a long time ago during my worst times. She was like a sister to me after my parents death freshmen year. She was the only reason I had a reason to live.

Any opinions so far on Olivia? Katherine?

Side note: I'm on spring break finally! Any plans for Spring break?
