Chapter 4

Hey so yeah sorry I was gone for so long I had a bit of writer's block and things have been really crazy but I got a lot of ideas in that time so yeah here it is and sorry for the wait.

We made it! The weekend is finally here! Now all I have to do is survive the entire rest of the school year. That's easy enough right?...Yeah I'm totally gonna die.

I texted Jay to make sure that the plans I made with him where understood. Of course I hang out with him almost every weekend but better safe than sorry.

K - Jay you up?

J - yeah why?

K - 'cause you gotta be at the park in a few minutes.

J-...

K - please tell me that you didn't forget again did you?

J - maybe...😓

K - well hurry up and get ready! I'll go over there myself and make sure that your ready if I have too.😏

J - please no😟

K - well what else do you want me to do?!

J - be the nice loving friend that you are and give me some time to get ready?

K - ha! Don't make me laugh. Anyway my brother's and I will come get you in a little while.

J - alright see you in a bit.

I took a quick shower and got dressed in a Fairy Tail shirt, a pair of black skinny jeans, black converse, and a purple hoodie that I left open since it wasn't really that cold but it was still a little cold outside. I made sure to pack my backpack with my sketchbook, a water bottle, my phone, and my 3DS Incase I got really bored and since Jay always brings his.

I went down stairs and saw that my mom made stuff for breakfast burritos. She knows how much I love them.

Once we finished we headed outside luckily Jay's house was really close to the park. Like always my brother's left me at Jay's to get to the park. They always do this because they just want to get to the park but we do have a little place to meet up at so that we can make sure everyone is there.

I go to Jay's door and knock. He answers the door and we head out.

"So Kris what's on the agenda today?" He asks

"Well honestly I don't know. I was just gonna draw but then what would you do?" I reply

"How about a drawing contest. Looser has to take the winner out for ice cream." He suggests.

"Jay you know how much I love those but at the same time you always loose. Aren't you sick of loosing?" I say

"Oddly no. but at least it gives us time for improvement." He states

"Kay fine but don't get upset when you loose." I say

"Never have and never will." He replies.

We finally make it to the meeting point and Jay and I go find a shady tree to draw under. We don't have a set theme for the drawing contest we just decided to draw characters that we created for our stories. I had colored pencils too and tried to share them with Jay but he didn't want too. Once we where done we showed the drawings to each other

We agreed that I won again.

"Well Kris it looks like you won. I'll be honest you are getting really good at this. I don't think I'll ever be able to catch up to you." He said

"I tried to warn you but you never listen. Anyway we'll get that ice cream once we finish up here at the park okay?"I reply

"Perfect!"he says with a smile.

I thought I could see him blush a little but I guess I was wrong.

We went a played a little bit of basketball and on our way to get ice cream we where greeted by Laurence

"Oh hey Kris where are you going?" He asked

"Actually I was gonna go with Jay to get some ice cream. He lost a drawing contest to me for almost the hundredth time in a row." I stated

"Oh. Well have fun. I'm gonna try to beat your brother at a game of soccer." He replied

"Good luck with that." I said trying to be sarcastic.

"Come on Jay let's hurry up before they run out of cookie dough." I said

I grabbed his hand and we where on our way. I felt his hand become warmer when I grabbed it but I didn't think of it much I just wanted the ice cream.

Welp that's that. I did in fact actually draw that stuff up there. I drew them a really long time again I just thought the where perfect for this part of the story I hope you enjoyed it and again I am so sorry that I didn't write for so long. I didn't write a whole lot but that's cause I wanted to be evil. 😈 Haha! Yes. Any way thanks for reading and dealing with me. I love you all my black cats. stay beautiful. Bye! 😸
