Chapter 6
I spent the whole night in my room along with Justin. After Amanda left us I had stormed upstairs and into my room, I tried to lock the door before Justin could get in but just as I was closing the door he pushed it open with all his might, sending me falling to the carpeted floor. ''Rose were you really going to try and lock me out? Well you can't because as long as you're my girlfriend I'll always be right beside you. So for as long as I'm here this is no longer your room, it's ours.'' Justin had really out-done himself with this, he has gone to a new low.
He attepted to talk to me every so often but I would just lay on my bed and stare at the ceiling. He took my cellphone, laptop, pretty much anything I could use to contact someone; He did leave me my iPod though. I was stuck listening to very old songs from maybe back from grade eight because I've never cared enough to upgrade my iTunes. Lovely.
My eyes soon felt droopy and it was hard to stay awake, at that time Justin decided he was tired to. After he changed into pajama pants he had in his bookbag, he slipped into my bed and cuddled up next to me, pulling my body close to his. Although he was warm I wished he was sleeping anywhere else but next to me.
Throughout the whole night I tried to escape my room but Justin pulled me closer to him and muttered something like ''You are mine.''
Finally my prayers came true and morning light peaked it's way into my room. A little while after my alarm went off signaling it was time to get ready for school, aslo meaning I could get out of the bed away from Justin. ''Good morning babe.'' Jusitn said through a yawn. ''There's nothing good about it.'' I muttered walking to my closet. ''Oh I get it you just wish we were back in bed. Am I right?'' he laughed drapping his arm over my shoulder, ''Hah you wish Justin. I'd much rather jump into a pit a poisonous snakes than sleep next to you for one more night.'' I said taking his arm and dropping it by his side. ''Oh fiesty...That's how I like my girls'' he winked. ''I am not your girl! I'm not anyones anything!'' I made sure I yelled loud enough the whole street heard me. Utterly disgusted with him I made my way across the hall to the bathroom for privacy.
After I did everything I needed to I moved slowly to my room to find no one. ''Maybe I just imagined all of that?'' I wondered.
''Damn baby you look hot!'' God. If only it were a dream. I could live with that at least. ''Whatever. Lets just get today over with.'' I sighed.
No matter how much I fought with him this morning I just couldn't win, not today. Justin insisted on driving me to and from school all week since he'll be my unwanted/uninvited guest until my mother gets back. I bet he won't even leave me alone when my mom does come home, I can imagine him being one of those psycho boyfriends that secretly lives in the attic of the girlfriends house and creeps around the house when the parents are gone or alseep. Preston could pull that off without breaking a sweat. Wait what am I saying? I'm pretty much encouraging him to live in my house while my mom's there! This is what happens when I don't get enough sleep.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity we pulled into the schools student parking lot and as soon as the car stoped moving I opened the door and practcally ran into the school.
I reassured myself that I lost Justin in the sea of teens in the lobby so I started up the stairs towards the heater; I just wanted to be able to see my freinds and try and have a good day until I had to go home. For now school is my only get away from Justin.
