"Catch me if you can loser!" You shouted with a challenging tone as you ran down the stairs.
"Oh I definitely can!" You best friend Ethan shouted back as he ran down the stairs after you.
You both were laughing as you ran around the house. Then you came to a halt and Ethan almost fell trying not to run into you. You heard the familiar sound of droplets hitting the roof.
"Rain" You whispered before speeding out the back door into the yard.
The cold droplets tickled your skin as your smile grew wider. Your clothes were getting soaked with each droplet of rain.
You looked up to the sky, the cold rain drops nipping at your skin, and you started to dance.
You were running around, dancing, spinning, a few cartwheels here and there. Having the time of your life. Then you heard a laugh.
You spun around to face Ethan, leaning against the door frame, watching you be a child. Your smile grew even wider at the sight of him before you ran towards him and grabbed his arm.
"Come on!" You said happily tugging on his arm.
"No no no" You rushed trying to pull away.
"Come on, it's so fun. We can dance together." You smiled at him. He looked in your eyes before giving in and running into the rain with you.
Ethan chased you around for a bit before you slipped in the mud and landed on your butt. He was laughing his head off as he stopped in front of you. You gave him an angry face before grabbing his ankle and pulling his leg causing him to fall into the mud. You laughed as he groaned.
"You know what Y/n. I'm gonna forget that even happened." He gritted. "But I believe you owe me a dance." He smiled smugly.
You stopped laughing and your cheeks blushed red.
"Um, okay." You said nervously, standing up. You had a massive crush on Ethan, but pushed it aside because you knew he only thought of you as a friend.
Then it was like confidence just ran through you as you held your hand out.
"Ethan Grant Dolan, May I have the pleasure to dance with you?" You asked in a posh manner.
"You most certainly can." He replied poshly, as he grabbed your hand.
You two danced together in the rain. Smiles wide and eyes sparkling with happiness. Before Ethan chuckled darkly. You gave him a strange look before he leant in to whisper in your ear.
"Not." Was all he said before you felt his foot knock yours and you started to fall. But being the clumsy person you are, as you fell your legs tangled with his causing him to fall as well. With a squeal and a shout Ethan fell back and you fell on top of him.
You were laying on his chest looking down into his eyes and your cheeks were on fire. Ethan was looking back into your eyes and something sparked in them. He then moved his gaze from your eyes to your lips then back to your eyes.
He took a gulp before leaning in. You didn't pull away, you didn't lean in. You just remained still.
His soft damp lips then met yours and sparks flew everywhere. Fireworks exploded in your stomach and your heart tingled with happiness. You gave into the kiss and passion was written all through it. After a short while, Ethan pulled away.
"Woah.." He whispered out of breath.
"Yeah.." You pushed out, also out of breath.
It was only a short kiss but so much energy was put into it. The passion that the both of you shared was extremely different then anything you have experienced in your life.
You smiled brightly before getting off Ethan and dancing again in the rain. He laughed at you getting off the ground and coming towards you.
He grabbed your cheeks in his large hands before sighing.
"I've been waiting for that for a long time." He told you before crashing his lips onto yours again.
This time, the kiss was much longer.

Also I wrote this because today I was dancing in the rain and I felt the need to do an imagine on it. And who better to do it about then the great Ethan Dolan himself.
