Scott McCall quickly rushes to the hospital the next day when his mom calls him to the hospital from school Isaac had woken up and so had Katherine who sat up looking around she was fully healed

I got dressed in my previous clothes and stepped out into the hallway

"Good. Listen, I think I could probably just... what is that?" I hear someone ask I wasn't exactly expecting to see my mom but I wasn't surprised either

"Just an anesthetic. We don't want you getting in the way again. Count along with me, Isaac. One... two. Three" she says she soon steps out the room I don't know why I froze once I saw her

"Katrina...." I cut hear off slamming her against the wall I was furious I despised that name

"Don't ever call me that Katrina died you killed her when you murdered my family my name is Katherine"I said she grips my hand

" do you really wanna do this right here kat out in the open?"she mocked me I growled she knows I want to keep my identity a secret I let her go

"What are you doing here?" I asked she smiles

"What?not happy to see me.....I'm doing my job" she says the last part more serious I scoffed

"I wouldn't call turning people into killers a job" I said shaking my head I then noticed my dad wheeling Isaac away I took a step forward but she grabs my arm

"Stay out if my way kat or else I'll have to put you down" she says I looked at her

"We both know I can kick your ass and do my nails at the same time" I said before snatching my arm from her grip and walking away after my dad he gets in an elevator before it closes I stopped it

"Kat" he says I hugged him see I had always had a special bond with my dad

"Dad....I missed you" I said he pulls away

"I missed you too don't be so hard on your mother" he says I folded my arms and rolled my eyes

"She killed my family dad how can I not hate her for that....she says she's working what exactly does that mean?" I asked he turns to me

"I wish I could tell you" he says I nodded a growl leaving my lips

"Deucalion" I said just as the door opens my dad has his claws out he acts like he's walking into the elevator again but as soon as the elevator is about to close another teenage kid jumps in they fight my dad obviously overpowers him my dad is holding him up by the throat

"Don't you realize what you're dealing with? I'm an Alpha"my dad says the elevator opens and the guy I saw at the coffee shop impales my dad who groans

"So am I"he says and tosses my dad away like a rag doll

"Aren't you supposed to be in school?"he asked the kid I walked past them the alpha grabs my arm I raised an eyebrow at him

" I wouldn't do that if I were you"I said he slowly let's go

"Who are you?....your a werewolf an alpha" he says I smiled and shrugged
