"Alright, now I need a wand." Orchid said to her brothers after she bought her school books.

"Okay, but afterwards we are going to a store of my choice." Bill said to Orchid as they made their way down the cobbled street.

"Fine by me." Charlie said as Orchid skipped along beside the two older brothers.

"Ollivanders is a good place to buy your first wand." Bill said as they stopped in front of an old shop that was owned by the infamous wand maker Ollivander.

"Agreed." Charlie said as they made their way into the decaying store.

Orchid was silent as she walked in, she was nervous about which wand would choose her, or if no wand would choose her. She let her brothers go ahead I her as they opened the door to let her in the shop.

As they entered Orchid immediately saw the endless rows of wands on the wall behind the front desk. There was a chair by the door that Charlie and Bill fought over, but Charlie wound up winning and age a victorious fist pump while Bill walked over to a corner and sulked.

"Ah, another Weasley has come for their first wand." Orchid turned we head back towards the front of the shop to see an old man with flyaway white hair.

The man looked back towards Bill and Charlie. "I hope your wands have done you well." He said calmly.

"It's excellent, Ollivander." Bill said.

Ollivander looked towards Charlie. "I do hope your latest wand has served you well."

Charlie blushed and nodded his head, he had apparently gone through several wands since working with the dragons in Romania.

"Now, hello miss." Ollivander said as he looked back towards Orchid.

"Hello Mr. Ollivander." Orchid said politely.

"Let's see..." The old wizard said as he pulled out a measuring tape. By itself, it measured from Orchid's legs to her waist, her arm span, and from her shoulder to the tips of her fingers. This all happened as Ollivander was searching for the correct wand.

Ollivander appeared a few moments later with a long box, he walked towards Orchid while the measuring tape came to a stop and dropped to the floor.

Ollivander opened the box and handed Orchid a long, soft brown wand with a simple, delicate decoration of flowers in a darker brown flowing around the handle.

As soon as Orchid raised the wand, she felt a tingling sensation from the tips of her fingers to the tips of her toes. Orchid waved the wand in a circle and a wreath of flowers formed in the air before disappearing a few seconds later.

"Ah, a mahogany wood wand, ten inches with a dragon heartstring core. And a decorated handle made careful, with simple, but delicate tools. A true match for you, Ms. Weasley. It will only cost seven galleons."

After paying for her wand, Orchid was dragged by Bill into a Quidditch supply store. "Pick a broom, any broom. As long as it isn't too expensive."

Orchid's eyes went as wide as saucers, "But, first years aren't allowed brooms."

"Ah," Charlie said. "But it will be useful during the summer. Especially when your traveling everywhere."

Orchid turned to Charlie. "Dear brother, what do you mean by 'traveling everywhere'?"

"Well, dear sister, it means that you may it may not be taking turns living with Bill and I." Charlie said sarcastically.

"Y-you're serious?" Orchid said astounded. She had always wanted I live with her eldest brothers, especially since Charlie had moved out.

"Yes, now go pick a broom!" Bill said with a huge grin on his face.

Orchid ran off to go pick a broom that would suffice for a few years with the brightest smile she every had.
