You and Leland were having marital problems and decided to ask your dad, Criss, if you could stay with him and his girlfriend, that was now his wife...he said he would be happy to see you for a while, beens he hadn't seen you for a little over a year now...everyone has been so busy at their work. But you told him, that the kids were staying at your mom's house, so it would be just you visiting for a while...just to get some breathing room from Leland.

Criss said that your half brother Johnny and sister Rachel would be very happy to see you. You packed a small bag and headed to Serenity. Once you pulled up in the driveway...Oso and Chicklet were all over you licking you and whining loudly. Criss came out and told them to settle down...then gave you a big hug, and took your bag inside. You were greeted instantly by Johnny and Rachel...you picked them both up and gave them hugs and kisses.

You asked where your new step mommy was, and Criss chuckled and said she was out back doing some gardening...for she loved planting flowers and watching them grow. You went out in the backyard, and asked her if you could give her a hand...she smiled up at you and straightened up, and gave you a hug while saying you would love to have her help...beens her husband flew the coop on her...she looked to the house and pointed at Criss, as he was chuckling as he took a seat in the lounge chair, with Johnny and Rachel climbing up in his lap...

After two hours you and your step mother looked at the work you did, and said how beautiful it looked...Oso came over to inspect it, and you heard her tell him, not to even think about it...Oso snorted and ran back to Criss and laid down by his chair. Criss was now sound asleep with his two little kids sleeping in each arm. You and Criss's wife, went inside and cleaned up, while deciding to make some chocolate chip cookies...for Criss ordered Chinese delivery for dinner...for he said he was too lazy to cook tonight.

You looked at your phone and saw that Leland had been texting you for hours, but you had your phone on vibrate, and didn't hear it. You walked to the front yard and gave him a call back, and told him where you were, and that you did'nt answer the phone, because you were helping your step mother plant flowers. Leland stayed quiet for a while, then said he wanted you to come back home, that he was very sorry for hollering at you on the job...and that he was having problems taking care of all the kids by himself...that you mom came back and dropped them off, and said he was on his own...you told him that you accepted his apology, and that you would be home shortly.

As you hung up the phone, the food arrived, you signed for it, then paid the delivery guy, and took the food into the house, and quickly grabbed your bag, and told your dad and step mom, that you were sorry for the rush, but Leland was having trouble taking care of all the kids at once by himself, and that you needed to get home to help him...but after you kissed them bye, you told them that you and the family would come by and visit soon...your step mom rushed out and handed you a tupperware container of a dozen cookies in it, and said it was for your kids. You thanked her, then rushed back to the house...where Leland was holding two of the kids apart, for they were at war with each other, trying to kill one another for one breaking the other's toy...and Ashley was running around with an empty fish bowl on her head, pretending to be an underwater explorer, and he was trying to get her to take it off, so he could put the fish that was now in a plastic cup back in the bowl...you walked in and saw the havoc, and told the boys to go to their corners, until they settled down, they were in a time out...then you picked up Ashley and removed the fish bowl off her head, and handed to Leland...

After everything was back to normal and calmed down, you gave each of the kids a cookie and sent them to their rooms...Leland looked at you and said to give him thieves, give him murderers, give him rapists, but under no circumstances ever leave him home alone with a bunch of kids...especially if their his kids...for they would run him over everytime. You smiled at him and handed him a cookie, then you grabbed him and you both went to bed.
