Chapter 3: Complications

[Time Skip, Two Days]

I stood next to the new Xenomorph queen as I watched over everything in the warehouse. I let my tail sway back and forth as I looked over the corpses and victims. In just two days our hive was thriving, soldiers moved at night and grabbed victims while I stood guard and killed anything that came too close to the warehouse.

Dione: "Come here a moment."

Me; "Yes my queen."

I walked over to the side of the warehouse where Dione sat on a box.

Dione: "One of my children were almost killed. I told them to come back, but I'm afraid the attackers are chasing them. I need you to stop them from entering when they get here."

Me: "It will be done my queen."

I began to walk off only to be stopped as Dione wrapped her tail around my wrist.

Dione: "Be careful my faithful guard. These humans are not like the others we've encountered thus far. If you bring me one alive, I'd like to see if they would be useful to us."

Me: "Yes my queen, thank you for your concern."

She released my arm and I continued outside. It was night, so I'm surprised any human could fend off my sibling while they were in their element. Once I was outside, I walked further from the warehouse until it was out of sight. Finally I saw my sibling quickly moving towards the warehouse, they had gashes on their head, luckily not deep enough to do any real damage. Once my sibling was inside I could feel two heartbeats. They were calm and steady, showing no sign of fear. I waited a moment longer and soon two figures came running towards me, they stopped a few meters away from me.

Man: "Who are you?"

A man with a black cloak on spoke, a cloth mask covered his lower face.

Me: "My name is (Y/N). What are you two doing here?"

Man: "We're on a mission given by the Headmaster of Beacon and Atlas Academy. We encountered a creature that we need to capture, it ran this way did you see it?"

I shook my head.

Me: "No, I can't say I-"

Female: "Strife.... look..."

A female with blue and black hair spoke as she pointed behind me. I looked through the corner of my eye, she had pointed to my tail.

Strife: "The creature had the same kind of tail..."

The man known as Strife pulled out two six shot revolvers and aimed them at me.

Strife: "Where is it?"

Me: "I'm sorry, but I have no clue-"

The male groaned.

Strife: "Fuck it, I don't have time for this!"

Strife opened fire, causing me to move forward and dodge the bullets. I raised my claws as I got ready to slash the gunslinger but my strike was blocked by a shield. The girl had moved in front of me and blocked my attack, but that wasn't the brightest of ideas. I slid my tail under her shield and wrapped it around her ankle. I then lifted her up and slammed her onto the ground behind me as I pressed forward again and swiped at Strife. He blocked with his pistols, which I countered with sweeping his legs with my tail. I raised my tail and quickly brought it down into the male's arm. He screamed for a moment until I covered his mouth. I sensed the female get back up and come at me. I placed the sharp point of my tail to the man's neck and looked over my shoulder.
