Yesterday was good - just two more days to the party! Me and Taylor have been hanging out a lot recently and even thought it isn't official, I know we are getting closer. Everybody seems to be getting their love life sorted out now and that is great, everybody is still really happy. I am really looking forward to the future and the holiday. I just hope we keep in touch at and after University. These are my strange thoughts as I walk downstairs to get some toast. Turns out that Taylor is already here and has made me coffee - he knows me well! I can never function without some coffee in the morning. Alicia must have let him in. "Hey, Taylor." I say grabbing the cup of coffee on the side.
"Hi, how are you this morning?" He asks as I butter my toast.
"I am great thank you." I smile.
Just as I am about to turn around, two arms wrap around my waist. "Is that because of someone in particular?" Taylor teases. He has become a lot more confident around me recently and that makes me smile. It makes me happy to know that since I have told him that I like him, he has become more confident. I turn around so that we are inches apart and say, "I don't know, what do you think?"
"Oh I think there is one person who makes you happy." He says as a statement.
"Who would that be then?"
He kisses me as my arms go around his neck pulling him closer. Seconds after he pulls away. "Does that answer your question?"
I grin. "Maybe."
I go and brush my teeth. When I come back downstairs, Taylor is already waiting in the car. "To school, madam?"
"Yes, Sir."
The drive was filled with glances, me in his direction obviously. Before we get out of the car he grabs my hand, placing mine in his. "I want to ask you something. So, I like you. I really, really like you. I was just wondering if we can make this official like in school, in front of our friends. I want people to know that you are mine. And that’s it. So if you don’t answer me that is fine, we might be going ..."
I kissed him ... again. At least it shut him up. "Stop talking of course we can make this official. I want to be your girlfriend." I said with new found confidence.
He grins, "Shall I make this even nicer by me opening your car door for you?" I just look at him, not knowing what to say. He grabs his bag and runs around the side of the car anyway - making me laugh. "Shall we?" He says, holding out his hand. I take it, grinning.
"You know what would make everyone so shocked?"
"Us walking in holding hands."
I nod. "Exactly what we are doing." I state.
Walking into the common room still holding Taylor's hand I smiled. All of our friends were looking at us. We slowly walk to the corner, where all of our friends sat. Looks like they have got the hint, I think to myself - glancing at Taylor. To make it clearer and funnier, Taylor pulled me onto his lap as I was going to take a seat next to him. With everyone watching he kissed me, again (not that I am complaining). This time though he kisses me for longer, I grin against his lips and put my hands around his neck I have never felt so calm with everybody's eyes on me. I am glad to say that it is Taylor who has that effect on me. We pull away and with that statement done, I laugh. Looking into Taylor's eyes, his eyes are sparkling and we both grin.
All of a sudden, I hear Luke and Calum clapping (taking my attention away from Taylor) whilst Michael wolf - whistles. My face reddens. Lauren, Megan and Megan were all smiling and Natasha was laughing at Luke (who was still clapping).
Getting of Taylor's lap, I tell him that I am just going to the girls and he smiles. Obviously, when I reach them they are all happy and are asking a million questions. I tell them that he asked to make it official in the car and how he wanted everyone to know I was his and they grinned. "About time!" Lauren exclaimed.
Just then Luke bounded over and hugged me, "I knew he could ask, I am so happy for you!" I smile and hug him again.
"So am I."
The days experience was so different for me as the lessons and breaks I had with Taylor consisted of his arm around me and us talking and acting like a normal couple. It was different but it was definitely a good different.
The day went by quicker than ever and by home time I had arranged for Autumn to come over for some girl time. Sitting in the Living Room eating chocolate, drinking more Coffee and talking about anything seemed like a good idea. So when Autumn came over we did just that. We talked about the normal things, half way through the conversation things turned to Luke's party.
"Hey, so you know I got invited to Luke's party and was told to bring a date?" Autumn said.
"Yes." I urged her to carry on.
"Well, I will be bringing someone from the Drama Club."
"Who?" I asked hurriedly.
"Matthew Kinney."
"The fit one?" She laughs but nods.
"Yes the fit one."
I look at the clock - eight and hear a knock at the door. Taylor stands their with some cake – best gift any guy could get a girl. We watch some television in my room and talk about Luke’s party. He seems really happy, I hope he feels the same way I do. “Are you wearing that red dress to the party?”
“Yes.” He grins and turns around to face me on the bed.
“You know you are one of the prettiest girls I know.” I redden and looked away. “You are, get used to me saying that.” I grin.
“I am getting used to you doing a lot of things.” I grin and look him in the eyes. He grins too.
"And I am getting used to doing those things," he can't control his laughter anymore and with that said he laughs uncontrollably. I laugh too - those terrible double meanings. I laugh even more.
When he leaves it is 11:30. I need sleep. As he leaves he kisses me on the forehead and hugs me. Shutting the door I go straight to bed. This has been an eventful and tiring few days!
: ) I hope this is okay. I am sorry if you don’t like it and I apologise for the rubbish Taylor and Jade parts (I am not good with that) but thank you so much for reading and voting and commenting. Please comment, vote, follow. Thank you very much : )
