"So how do you like LA?"

Ashton and I had been walking on the beach for at least an hour before we finally found a Starbucks. Turns out he's a cool guy, definitely a potential friend. He's in a band as well. He's a lot like Harry. I know they would like each other.

"It's great. A lot better than I thought it would be actually." I replied, sipping on my chocolate chip Frappuccino.

"Oh yeah. I bet it's tough, being away from Harry for that long." We had talked about Harry on our beach walk. We talked about a lot of things, like his music, my music, cats. It was quite the adventure.

"Yeah, it's not fun. But we talk all the time, so it's not too extremely difficult." At about that time, my phone buzzed on the table. It was a text from Harry.

Harry: Hey babe. What are you up too? (:

Me: I'm actually out getting some coffee with a friend. And you?

Harry: Just hanging out with the boys. I miss you.

Me: I miss you too. When's your next break?

Harry: In a week or two actually. Can't wait to see you. Miss you like crazy love.

Me: I miss you too. I'll see you soon. Love you! <3

Harry:  Love you too babe.

I smiled as I put the phone down. I looked up to see Ashton smiling at me, sipping on his hot chocolate because he, and I quote, 'Doesn't do coffee.'

"What?" I asked giggling.

"You really love him don't you?"

"Yeah, more than words can describe. Why?"

"I can tell. I mean you lit up like a Christmas tree at the sight of his text." I smiled thinking about him. I tend to do that a lot these days.

"We should probably go back to the party. It's getting late and I'm sure Justin is drunk off his butt. I've got to get him back to his room or Tom will kill us for being out so late." I said. Ashton nodded his head, and we walked back to the beach. By the time we got back, the fire party had died down, leaving barely anyone there. We walked up and Ashton introduced me to the rest of the crowd.

"Well, you know Justin and Luke. That's Michael and that's Calum." he said, pointing to each of them as he said their name. They waved and I waved back.

"Well, I hate to drag Justin away, but we really have to get home." I said, grabbing Justin by the wrist and starting up the hill to the condo.

"Wait! Mack! Wait!" Ashton ran up to us.

"I just wanted to, you know, give you my number, in case you want to, um, hang out again, or something." I smiled and we exchanged numbers, before I continued dragging Justin to the condo. We walked in and he crashed on the couch. Poor kid, got way too "turnt". I grabbed him a pillow and a blanket before turning off the light and leaving him to slumber into soberness. I walked to my room, stripping out of my outfit and climbing into an over sized t-shirt and getting into bed. It took me maybe 2 minutes to fall asleep. I was exhausted. But I had fun tonight. A lot more fun than I had planned on having.

I woke up the next morning with a slight headache. I didn't really drink yesterday but I guess I just have a weak immune system, or whatever. I took an aspirin before checking on Justin. He wasn't awake, but I knew when he did wake up his headache would be much worse than mine. I set him out some aspirin as well, with a bottle of water. I walked back to my room and climbed into bed, turning on Awkward as I sat up on my headboard. The show made me think of Katie. We used to watch this show together all the time. I really did miss them all. I picked up my phone to call them, only to find a text from Tom.
