*Hey guys! Quick Authors note before the chapter. 1,016 reads! That is absolutely amazing! Thank you guys so much for continuously reading. Let's spread the word and get even more! Also, I'm awful at remembering where I am in the story, so I'm not sure of the date, so we're just gonna start on Valentine's Day, okay? Alright. Sorry for any confusion & spelling errors (My laptop is being stupid and isn't spell checking). Enjoy!*
"Ow! Watch where you're stretching!" Harry says, rubbing his jaw. Apparently, in the process of stretching this morning, I punched him in the face. I bite my lip, trying my best not to laugh, and roll out of bed. I open the closet to get out a hoodie and find him staring at me through the mirror.
"What?"
"Where are you going?" he asks, sitting up.
"You'll see. Stay in bed."
"Why? I wanna go with you." he whined.
"Just do it." I said, leaving him alone in my childhood bedroom.
Downstairs, my parents were on the couch talking amongst themselves over coffee.
"Hey." I said, walking towards the kitchen.
"Hey. Happy Valentine's Day honey." my father said, never looking up from the newspaper in his hands.
"You too." I began to cook Harry our signature breakfast, chocolate chip pancakes with a whipped cream heart on top. Once it was all done, i walked upstairs tray in hand to give Harry his breakfast. I peeked through the door to see Harry laying in the bed.
"Well look who hasn't moved an inch in like, an hour." I smirked.
"You told me to stay put. What's this?" he asked, pushing himself up to lean on the headboard.
"Breakfast. Eat up."
"Aw, babe. You didn't have to do that."
"I know. Happy Valentine's Day." I put the tray down on his lap and pecked his nose.
"You too." He dipped his finger in the whipped cream and licked it off. "You want some?"
"No thanks. I'm not really hungry. I have something else for you."
"what? You shouldn't have, really." he replied, with his mouth full of pancakes.
"Oh shut up." I walked over to my night stand and grabbed my notebook. Inside was where I hid the envelope holding Harry's present.
"Here." I said, handing it to him.
"What is it?"
"Well, open it and you'll find out." I giggled as he opened it.
"Coldplay tickets?! Seriously?! This is... Wow. This is amazing. Thanks so much. I, uh, I have something for you too." he said, climbing off the bed.
*Harry's POV*
Picking out something for Mack for Valentines Day was not particularly easy. I've been planning what to get her for months, and that was literally how long it took for me to find the right thing. Mack is special, so she deserves something special. I've never really been the romantic type. Sure, I've always been known as a flirt but like I said Mack is special. She's the one. And I've never done this type of thing before.
*Flashback*
"Liam, dude. I need serious help."
"You're telling me." he chuckled. I rolled my eyes at his remark.
"I don't know what to get Mack for Valentine's Day." Liam has always been known as a "sweetheart" by everyone, so he's the one I went to for romance advice.
