Dont rescue me

Chapter 3

My first day is finally over I just got my homework done so I crawl into bed. Rubbing my eyes I hang up my brand new dream catcher I lay down and turn music on.

After I settle down there was a knock on the door. I got up put a pair of jeans on and opened it to see a very familiar man standing there.

"Hello Annabella." He smiles harshly

"Hi? Can I help you sir?"

"You don't remember your own father?" He pretended to be hurt.

"What do you want Frank?" I spat out at him.

"Can't a father visit his own daughter?"

"You aren't my father, I don't want you in my life ever again. You left mom and I while she was sick! She died last year and you have the nerve to show up after 5 years?"

He grins. "So you're living alone in this apartment as a minor?" I freeze in fear.

"N-no I have a roommate she's at work."

"Even after 5 years you're still a stupid lying bitch! I can tell when you're lying I'm your father."

I quickly slam the door and run for my phone knowing he's wanted somewhere. I hear my chain break as I search for my phone in a panic. Suddenly my hair is yanked back and I'm thrown to the floor.

"Get off of me Frank." He slaps me hard I wince and cry out.

"Shut up you WILL respect me you little whore!"

"Pl-hease get off me." He punches me in the stomach then starts kicking me and hitting me I curl up to protect myself but he keeps going.

I scream for my neighbor until he grabs my throat and slams me down hard. I start to see black spots circling around me I start kicking until he grabs one of my arms and twists it until something sends excruciating pain through it.

I scream again only to be slapped. I hear yelling from Henry in the background and sirens I think as I start to drift into unconsciousness. The last thing I see is a man in black tackling my father to the ground before everything goes black.

(Vladislav's POV)

I couldn't handle the sight of my mate crying, after I saw her wrap covered in blood I knew something wasn't right. I waited for her to get out of the girls bathroom, some humans and low werewolf sluts were picking on her, Damian saw this and forced a growl out of us.

He whined as we felt her sadness, I am a werewolf, not only am I a werewolf, but I am an alpha. Damian is my wolf. I was born and raised in Russia which is why I have a Russian name. Damian doesn't because wolves can choose their names.

Once she got out I asked if she was ok like she did before she said yes, but then I noticed tears on her face. She's so damn stubborn. My wolf whined while I try to calm him down, usually I despise humans they're  weak pathetic little things, same with rogues and other supernatural beings, but I felt not only a pull towards her but the need to care and protect her.

"Why were you crying?" She rolled her eyes and looked down.

"I wasn't." She mumbled.

I couldn't believe she would lie to me. My wolf took over again. "Bull shit. Your eyes are puffy and red, your pupils are dilated and..." I wiped a tear from her cheek as Damian lowly used his alpha tone. "If you weren't crying then you wouldn't have a tear running down your face." I couldn't help but smirk.

"I s-said I'm fine please just stop talking to me." She mumbled. I chuckle softly a little stunned.

"You're not gonna get rid of me that quickly little one, let's head to class huh?"

"Umm I don't want to make you late."

"We already are by 10 minutes and we have the same class. Plus I'm 90% sure you'll get lost."

She nods and follows me without saying a word I notice she doesn't remove her eyes from the floor.

The day seemed to move by fast before I knew it the bell rings signaling its time for us to leave. I head down to the office in order to talk to my uncle.

"Dmitry I only sniffed out 3 rogues. I think only one of them will cause an issue with my pack or any of the humans here." He nods.

"Thank you Alpha I was concerned because we have a new student who has no idea about us and I'd rather not see her hurt." Damian growls wildly at my uncle.

"She will never get hurt as long as I can help it no one will ever hurt my mate you got it boy?"

"Y-yes A-Alpha!" He shakily obeys.

"Now if you'll excuse us I need to go take care of some Alpha business and talk to some rogues."  He just nods and cowers away. I head to my pack house excited to tell my parents.

Look Damian you had no right to talk to my uncle like that. We may be an Alpha and she may be our mate but he wasn't threatening her.

I know. He growls back. But the thought of her our little mate being hurt angers me and physically hurts us. We need to go on a run or I'm going to snap! I feel him start to take control, I simply let him we haven't shifted in a while.

We run off quickly suddenly something feels off when I mean off, I mean something bad has or is going to happen. My first thought was my family, I run to my pack house and shift back clothing myself with shorts and a shirt I hide in the bushes for when I need them.  I run into the house frantically. "MOM DAD ROSE??!!"

"Yes dear?" My mom yells from the kitchen. "Is everything ok?" She rushes out so does my dad and sister.

"I met my mate today. My wolf and I went on a run and felt something wrong so we ran here." I said concerned.

"That's great dear is she a shewolf?"

"No human she's s-. Oh my goddess-" I run out of the house quickly and call my uncle.

"Hello Alpha."

"WHERE DOES ANNABELLE LIVE?!"

"I can't give you that information sir."

"DMITY IF YOU DON'T TELL ME WHERE SHE LIVES RIGHT THIS SECOND I WILL RIP YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF! FAMILY OR NOT!"

"Y-yes alpha, 4784 Rocken bridge Avenue it's Rocken Center apartments. Apartment 95."

I rush to her apartment as I arrive I hear sirens an ambulance and a police car just left, I follow them as quickly as I could.

"Please goddess please don't take my mate away already." I mumble under my breath.
I follow the ambulance to the hospital I mind link the neighboring pack to let them know I'm coming by.

"Alpha Kalub my mate is on her way to the hospital I will be there my dear cousin. Please make sure your people know she is top priority."

"Of course Vladislav I will let Michael and Mikala know. Do you want her in vip, lock down, or normal?"

"I'm thinking Vip make sure to let me know when she wakes up if I'm not there. My Luna needs to stay safe. Please have someone watching her at all times. I know it's a lot to ask but someone did this to her."
