Muffled words reached my ears, and I groaned, throwing my arm over my eyes. But my arm didn't move. None of my body would shift position. Oh fuck. MOVE. I started to cry in my head, but nothing happened. I was as stiff as a board. Why can't I move?

More muffled words. Who the fuck is that?

"Ember!" A voice fluttered into my conscience. Who is that? That's my name, right? My subconscience huffed. Apparently I was going to get no help. Well I'm sorry that I don't know, she sniffed with agitation lacing her voice, and I have a name, you know. I furrowed my eyebrows in my mind. What's your name then? I heard her bow her head. Call me Siren. That's my name, don't wear it out! She snickered. Uh... who?

She snorted, and let my mind see in the darkness. A huge black wolf shook it's head, and she paced in a cirlcle, showing her bushy tail, beautiful fur, and exquisite build. Her body shimmered, and she shifted into a black leopard. She showed her teeth in a mock smile. You are not just an angel. Remember what Gryf said about you being more powerful than gabriel, the archangels, and soon to be more powerful than God? Yeah, no joke. And whenever you heard me talking back to you? You think I'm your subconcience, but you're wrong. I'm your wolf, although I change into several different forms. She explained, shifting back into a wolf, and then into a black hawk. You like black things? Yes, but so do you, as you would probably notice. I shrugged, and I waited for the pain to bloom across my shoulders and back, as I would have expected from any movement whatsoever.

As you have probably figured out, I can take away pain as well.

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. Do you feel any pain? Still frowning, I searched throughout my muscles for the slightest bit of pain. None... Serenity smiled as she shifted into her wolf again, laying down. I've taken it away.

"Ember!" There's that voice again. That's my name, right? I asked Siren. She nodded her huge head. You have to go back to get used to your new powers, darling. I can only keep down the pain for so long. She laid her head down on her paws and closed her eyes. I frowned again. Share it with me. Her eyes flew open and her head shot up. NO! You won't be able to take it! I don't care! You shouldn't have to take all of it for me! She whined, and relaxed a bit from her tense form. Sudden pain bloomed in my back and shoulders, and I winced. I wanted to roll my shoulders, but no movement would allow my too.

Can I move now? Or wake up? This voice is annoying me.

She snorted in response.

It's Gryffin and Cruize.

My heart lifted, but then I scowled hard. It's not even the same Gryf. I hissed. And Cruize? What does that mean?

Cruize is actually a shapeshifter. He's only a dog right now, because God wanted you to be protected from unexpected, and unwanted enemies. He's still the same since that day you adopted him. You were supposed to have a serious connection the moment you looked into his eyes, regardless of what form he was in, or how he looked. So don't be angry at him. And while you were signing those boring papers for the jeep, Gryffin was in the Jeep making it yours.

I gaped in confusion. How, exactly?

Turns out shifting into different forms in a big thing in this world. Your Jeep can transform; yes, like the transformers; to any kind of car for better access and such. It can change to the smallest forms, like a toy car, or a weapon, or a motorcycle. The fact that you loved the jeep on first sight made me very happy

. She purred, shifting into the black leopard again.

I chuckled, and winced again as the pain pulsed. Siren studied me, and then slowly nodded. You want to wake up? I didn't respond. She sighed. If you want to shift, you'll know exactly what to do. And if you want to talk to me, I'll answer.

I didn't get a chance to say anything back, because I opened my eyes to red and white; I opened my ears to screaming and crying; and I could feel the ripping sensation all over my body as I tried to move.
