Abbie's POV

we arrived at the apartment block, Brad and Gina were outside talking to a man in a suit who I presume is the estate agent. James locked the car and came and took hold of my hand I looked down at our hands a smile grew on my face. "You okay babe?" He asked

"Oh er yeah" I giggled quietly to myself

"Yes, so it's a fairly big apartment an... Oh you must be Abbie and you are?" He said shaking my hand and then putting his hand out to shake James' hand. "James" James replied shaking his hand. " Nice to meet you you I'm Jeffery the estate agent. shall we proceed, and head up to the apartment?" He asked looking at us all. We headed into the large building and into the lift.

"Okay. So the apartment I'm taking you to see is the second largest in this block. It has 3 bedroom with en-suites, a large kitchen, one bathroom, wide open spaced living room and a laundry room." He announced. It sounded nice a big I couldn't wait to see it I hope it's everything I am imagining it to be. I can't wait to move out and get away from my brother!

Don't get me wrong I love him but he's so protective and we always argue and it drives me insane! I'm 18 so I guess it's not that bad that I'm still living at home well.. Not for long hopefully but he's 23 and has a girlfriend if anybody should be moving out it should be him. But to be honest he is an amazing brother. *Ding* we all stepped out of the lift and headed down the long corridor. "166, 167, 168 ....169" I counted in my head Jeffery pulled out a set of keys and opened the door to show a large open room with a massive u shaped couch to the side with a 42' inch tv on stand a stand to the left and a set of stairs to the right that headed to a balcony with 3 doors. One of the walls in living was just a wall of windows that went from the floor to the celling I already I knew this was the one.

"So this is the apartment, so when you when you walk through the front door you have the open spaced living room with a lovely couch and a 42' inch tv as you can see here.(pointing to the sofa) and over here is the kitchen with plenty of cupboard space........."

30 minutes later -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We all sat down on the sofa to talk prices. "So what are your thoughts on the apartment?" Jeffery asked looking at me and Georgina.

"I love it, it's nice and spacious and feels like home soon as you walk in." Georgina stated

"I agree I think this is the one!" I agreed "How much would it cost to buy or for rent??" James questioned

"Well this would cost £17,000 to buy or around £390 to rent a month" Jeffery announced

M n ginger looked at each over questioning what to do James and brad looked at us then at each over and shrugged. "WE'LL TAKE IT!!" We said at the same time

Georgina's POV

So this is my new home, me and Abbie are moving in 2day from today can't wait! So now we are off to go and see Ella and Leah we all climbed into James' car and headed straight there.
